Mit dem PKW in ca.15 bis25 Min nach Düsseldorf, ca.30 Min nach Köln Trotzdem brauchen Sie nicht auf entspannte Nächte verzichten, da wir sehr ruhig wohnen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The property is at the end of a dead end in the middle of forest and meadows. Great for hikers and bikers, starting right outside. In the large garden behind the house, you can lie in the sun to your liking, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10,- for additional costs ) or end the day at the campfire!

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.
