Your apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and the 2,000 sqm natural garden. You enter the apartment through a large wind trap, which delimits the hallway in the living area with another door. On the right side is the second bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (3 beds in total). Next to it is the main bath with tub, shower, toilet and large washbasin, all brightly tiled. Opposite you will find the dressing room with a gigantic built-in closet. Through the hallway you pass a storage room into the main living area. A bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob and 2-burner gas hob, baking oven, large refrigerator, modern dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. invites you to cook together, cozy. A generous "Sammelsurium" of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and other kitchen accessories is also available. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table (extendable) for up to 8 people. Live cooking is therefore guaranteed. :-) The living room is also integrated into the kitchen-living room and offers a very cozy atmosphere with 2 sofas, satellite TV (48 inch LCD TV), hi-fi boxes for iPhone/Android/iPod (bestial noisy and with lush basses). Speaking of cozy: A fireplace is at your disposal too. And if you don't listen to music and television, we also have a few board games ready (chessboard, etc.) The very cozy master bedroom with extra shower room and toilet is located in the rear area and has a very, very back-friendly double bed with metal-free slatted frames, new, continuous mattress. If you can't fall asleep or don't want to get up, we have a 32-inch TV connected to a satellite. In the also ground-level laundry room, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron board and iron are at your disposal. You can also "dry air" your laundry in the laundry room. On the terrace you will find a table, chairs and on request also a barbecue and invite you to cozy evenings. Campfires in the garden are also possible! In the back of the garden, there is a swing for the little ones; or not quite as small ;-) As it is a cul-de-sac, we hardly have any car traffic here either! Location ========================== Your Apartment is far from any hustle and bustle. Directly behind the house begins the forest you can explore for yourself. Whether on foot, to Ross, to bike. In the morning you will be woken up by the birds. Or the cows. If you want, you can still drive within a maximum of 60 minutes by car to all Ruhr metropolises (Cologne, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Bochum, Essen, etc.) and have a connection to the world there. For example, you can explore the train station in Oberbrügge (about 8 km). The regional train takes you to Hauptbahnhof station in Dortmund. From Marineheide (about 18 km), another regional train will take you to the Cologne main train. Activities ========================== In addition to exploring the forest, you can also enjoy a number of activities for bad weather days. The nearby Lüdenscheid (about 19km) has all the shopping, sports and cultural facilities that your heart desires. Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Vacation in the heart of Rhöndorf

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

Hof Michiels (Apartment 4)

Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. Our farm is home to our friendly dog named Costa.
