Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

Das Anwesen liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse inmitten von Wald und Wiesen. Ideal für Wanderer und Biker, los gehts direkt vor der Tür. Im großen Garten hinter dem Haus könnt ihr nach Lust und Laune in der Sonne liegen, unter dem Walnussbaum gemütlich sitzen, die Sauna nutzen (10,- für Nebenkosten ) oder den Tag am Lagerfeuer ausklingen lassen!

Our comfortable and stylish private apartment is situated next to the recreation area Kings forest. Hiking and biking trails start just in front of our home, but you can also drive to Cologne's city center within 20 minutes by car. Airport and Cologne Fair are as close. Everything you need for daily living is in walking distance. Valid from April 1, 2025: The 5% overnight tax of the city of Bergisch Gladbach is already included in the price and is transferred to the tax office by the host.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

On the upper floor there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, merging into an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. On the first floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It includes a parking space and a private, fenced garden.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.

Favorite room Self check-in

The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.

Our property is located in the trendy district of Neuehrenfeld. The district is centrally located and very well connected in terms of traffic. There are many different restaurants. You'll love my place because of the comfy beds, the bathroom and the small kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travelers, adventurers, and families (with children).
