a treat! The apartment was very clean, especially the bathroom, which from experience is not at all obvious! We also had all the comforts: face towel, small and large, personal hygiene kit, some sweets and coffee and tea service. Finally, a very comfortable bed, I recommend it 100%

We had a pleasant stay in your apartment with this view on 2 sides of the marina. It's nice to see the monohulls and catamarans pass by. The accommodation is well-equipped and quiet, the welcome on our arrival by your concierge was very much appreciated. For those who love beautiful sandy beaches, Le Canet is perfect. And for the others, going down to Collioure (beautiful colourful and flowery alleys) Port-Vendres or Banyuls by the coastal circuit, there are many wonderful landscapes to discover and small beaches, some with the possibility of snorkelling and seeing very beautiful fish.

We rented this beautiful apartment to discover Collioure and its surroundings. It's an apartment that met our expectations well. It complies with what is presented in the listing, fully equipped with quality equipment and appliances. The explanatory note for its access and operation is clear and accurate. In addition, the presence of Valerie as a point of contact nearby is reassuring to remedy any problem. We will ask Marc again if we need to renew a stay in the area.

We had a good stay, the apartment is well located. It is clean, there is the air conditioning which is not negligible. The air conditioning in the "dormitory" area with the 4 single beds was appreciated and useful. small downside, the bedding but that doesn't stop you from sleeping. i recommend this listing

The accommodation is very nice because it is particularly well located and functional. Indeed, it is located in one of the streets in the center of Collioure. A bakery is right across. There are several shops nearby and the crossroads city is 5 minutes away. The rooms are nice but the room on the street can be a little noisy in the morning (due to the passage of garbage collectors and people cleaning the street). The bedroom on the skylight side is quite light but this is not inconvenient insofar as we live in the living space. On the other hand, it is very quiet. The host is very responsive and friendly, thank you so much for allowing us to access the apartment earlier and staying a little later in order to adapt to the schedules of our train. Only one downside: there may be a frying smell and ventilation noise related to the restaurant which is on the ground floor

Will come again any time! Beautiful house with great Spanish charm. Everything you need is there. In the kitchen there was everything, plenty of space to relax, we could not use the pool because it was too cold. But it will certainly be awesome in the summer. It was fun and I would come back any time. The location is excellent, restaurants, bars and also a small supermarket (bread, everything you need) are within walking distance. Sweet little town, highly recommended! We were two adults and one baby, and everything was available here too. We felt very comfortable. Thank you

A fabulous house in a fabulous location, would recommend 100%!!! Collioure is truly a magical place and the house was a wonderful place to stay. The outside space, including large garden and rooftop terrace was truly something special and you won't want to leave! We had a wonderful time during the Fete de Saint Vincent, the view of the fireworks from the rooftop terrace being something truly memorable. François was a great host and always ready to respond quickly to questions. If you are thinking of coming to Collioure I would recommend you stay here - a memorable and magical memories. :)

Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

Excellent location of the studio, close to shops and the beach, very well equipped, very convenient private parking. Benoit and Frédérique are very responsive. Small downside, we were unable to lower the roller shutter which would have allowed us to lower the temperature of the studio without having to use the air conditioning. Great stay.

An excellent location particularly for disabled visitors with significant accessibility problems, e.g. spinal injuries. Easily possible to roll down to the beach area and restaurants. I had a vehicle and driver which meant good visits to surrounding locations including up into the Pyrenees. Sad that the French have been busily dumbing-down since my golden memories of 50 or more years ago and this makes it difficult to find good food, for example there is no fresh fish which seems tragic for what is otherwise a beautiful seaside location. Plenty of tourist infrastructure but also plenty of quiet places to retreat (with vehicle). This was my 2nd visit and I will certainly go again. Highly recommended.

Ideal location, we made the daily trip to the beach in less than 10 minutes with a 4-year-old. The nearest beach has a small playground and merry-go-round. Very convenient parking, easy to access once in Collioure and which allowed us to take a few trips by car without worrying about finding parking. Also comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, we recommend it!

We had a great (but short) stay at this accommodation. As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt at home. The apartment is very clean, well thought out and perfectly arranged, which makes it really pleasant to live in, even for a short stay. We didn't spend much time there because we were caught up in an event just 5 minutes away, which was very convenient. In short, a warm and well-located place, which we recommend without hesitation! We enjoyed our stay in Jean Marie's studio. Beautiful terrace with bay views. Appreciable parking space. The city centre is close to the accommodation, and communication with the host is perfect.

Great rental. Everything was perfect. The view from the terrace was splendid and we used it for a lot of our meals. I highly recommend it.
