Beautiful T3, new in an old building at the entrance to the village of Collioure, just 2 minutes' walk from the center and the beaches. This former industrial building, over 200 years old, was falling into ruin before being completely renovated. The charm of the old, the character of the stone mixed with all modern comforts to accommodate up to 5 guests. In addition to a large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms and an extra bed in the mezzanine, it has a large terrace, parking and air conditioning.

Just one bedroom, but the living room can be partitioned with a large curtain to offer a 2nd bedroom with a large sofa bed. Just 5 steps from the Boromar beach. Beautifully converted . Fully equipped kitchen, but no dish washer. Smart TV & WiFi available, air conditioning & ceiling fans installed. Tastefully decorated with Fauviste Art. Above à busy restaurant , so not for those requiring tranquility.
