Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Colegiales

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Great apartment, big pool, big house, everything is organized conveniently. There is everything you need. Check-in went without problems. Of the minuses - check-out at 10 am

The neighborhood is fantastic safe, vibrant, and full of life. We loved being surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and cultural gems like live tango shows. Everything was incredibly accessible and easy to navigate. This Airbnb was genuinely the highlight of our trip and elevated our entire experience. Ines’s place is great for a trip to BA with a wonderful location in Palermo, and very private courtyard and beautiful surroundings. Ines was very helpful and we would definitely return!

This is a great 2/2 in a perfect location 1 block from the Jose Hernandez subway station in the heart of Belgrano. The condo has an intelligent layout, and everything is maintenanced perfectly. There were a few things that needed to be done and the owner took care of it. The kitchen is great for cooking. Overall 5* experience, I will return again when I need a 2/2. Highly recommend.

Stunning 10-metre balcony with the added retro-warmth of folding wooden doors. Chacarita is quiet & super central. 10 to 20 minute walk into both Palermo & Belgrano, & two blocks from Collegiales. Lacroze & Olleros metro, 7-10 min walk. A word or two (or four) on the kitchen - it's the best equipped kitchen I've encountered on airbnb. Encyclopaedic. Excellent mattress too - it's one of those soft but firm at the same time ones that encourages you to dream. There is a rumour that the longer you sleep, the less people will expect you to reawaken and present yourself to the world. Just be sure not to change your appearance before bed, or people may have a hard time believing it's you today. You will then face a sort of non-stop gauntlet in which the very people who refute your identity will mis-use your name in all manner of ways, simply to accord with their own biases. A final word: the varnished floorboards reflect light with magnificent intensity, and you're on the top floor.

Highly recommend to anyone up to 3ppl. We were 2+baby and it was great for us as the baby sleep with us so 1 big bed was great for us. Location on the park and very tidy building. You would usually wont find something like that in the Buenos Aires area. We Will definitely be back next time.

it is the second time I visit the apartment of Paula in Palermo and it was a very pleasant experience, she is very attentive, the condominium is nice and excellently well located, the whole environment is great. the apartment, spectacular well lit and very comfortable for tourism or business trips. sure when I visit Buenos Aires again I will stay there! We loved it, we were very comfortable, we were not cold, the bathroom extras, such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer were a plus that I did not expect, and it is very practical. The building itself is very quiet, and easily accessible, we always find parking in the area. We'll be back for future visits to Buenos Aires

Host always willing to help and quick return. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. However, busy street and very noisy. The distance to the subway is significant. For the amount charged, it met expectations.

Excellent studio apartment, fully equipped, good WiFi, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to each concern. I recommend it 100% .

We really liked the apartment, spacious, plenty of natural light. It has all the amenities. Very quiet at night. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, even at night. There are good restaurants nearby and you can walk back after dinner safely. There are several cafes, just go out and you will stumble upon them. It is a residential neighborhood with little movement in the streets. Violeta was the one who supported us, very polite and helpful. A single observation, which would be more of a constructive criticism, did not get in the way much during the night, would be the mattress, which in our opinion is already time to change. I highly recommend staying there!
