Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Colegiales

Rubén fue muy acogedor y servicial durante nuestras dos estancias en su casa en avril y mayo. Es muy atento, muy amable y preocupado por nuestra comodidad. Nos sentimos como en casa. Es muy agradable vivir en este lugar animado, lleno de libros, que ya ha sido habitado. Muy cómodo, en muy buena zona, realmente fue genial. Muchas gracias Rubén

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

A casa alem de bem localizada é muito espaçosa e todos os ambientes são muito bem equipados, a piscina aquecida fica em uma temperatura excelente e conseguimos usar todos os dias mesmo com o frio da cidade.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Argentina was nothing short of exceptional. The home itself is absolutely adorable—impeccably clean, well-maintained, and full of charm. It truly felt like an authentic taste of Argentina, just by being in the space. Adrián, our host, went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely at home. He greeted us warmly, checked in throughout our stay, and made sure every need was met,offering amazing recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and unforgettable local experiences. The neighborhood is fantastic safe, vibrant, and full of life. We loved being surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and cultural gems like live tango shows. Everything was incredibly accessible and easy to navigate. This Airbnb was genuinely the highlight of our trip and elevated our entire experience. We've traveled the world and stayed in many places, but this has been, without a doubt, the best Airbnb we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Thank you Adrian

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos: amplia, luminosa, cómoda y muy bien ubicada en pleno Palermo, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Estaba impecable: la limpieza fue excelente y se nota que cada detalle está cuidado con mucha dedicación. Ideal para grupos o familias, porque hay espacio de sobra y todo funciona perfecto. La anfitriona fue excelente. Siempre disponible, muy atenta y flexible. Incluso nos permitió quedarnos después del horario de check-out, lo cual fue un gran gesto. Definitivamente volveríamos. 100% recomendable.

This is a great 2/2 in a perfect location 1 block from the Jose Hernandez subway station in the heart of Belgrano. The condo has an intelligent layout, and everything is maintenanced perfectly. There were a few things that needed to be done and the owner took care of it. The kitchen is great for cooking. Overall 5* experience, I will return again when I need a 2/2. Highly recommend.

Stunning 10-metre balcony with the added retro-warmth of folding wooden doors. Chacarita is quiet & super central. 10 to 20 minute walk into both Palermo & Belgrano, & two blocks from Collegiales. Lacroze & Olleros metro, 7-10 min walk. A word or two (or four) on the kitchen - it's the best equipped kitchen I've encountered on airbnb. Encyclopaedic. Excellent mattress too - it's one of those soft but firm at the same time ones that encourages you to dream. There is a rumour that the longer you sleep, the less people will expect you to reawaken and present yourself to the world. Just be sure not to change your appearance before bed, or people may have a hard time believing it's you today. You will then face a sort of non-stop gauntlet in which the very people who refute your identity will mis-use your name in all manner of ways, simply to accord with their own biases. A final word: the varnished floorboards reflect light with magnificent intensity, and you're on the top floor.

Highly recommend to anyone up to 3ppl. We were 2+baby and it was great for us as the baby sleep with us so 1 big bed was great for us. Location on the park and very tidy building. You would usually wont find something like that in the Buenos Aires area. We Will definitely be back next time.

es la segunda ocasión que visito el departamento de Paula en Palermo y fue una muy grata experiencia, ella es muy atenta, el condominio lindo y excelentemente bien ubicado, todo el entorno es genial. el departamento, espectacular bien iluminado y muy cómodo para viajes de turismo o trabajo. seguro que cuando visite otra vez Buenos Aires me quedare ahí! Muchas gracias!!

Nos encantó, estuvimos muy cómodos, no pasamos frío, los extras del baño, como jabones, shampoo y acondicionador y secador fue un plus que no esperaba, y es muy práctico. El edificio en sí muy tranquilo, y de fácil acceso, encontramos por la zona siempre estacionamiento. Volveremos para próximas visitas a Buenos Aires

Excelente Monoambiente , completamente equipado , buen WIFI , edificio con seguridad las 24hs y amenities de primer nivel . El depto es en el primer piso pero es bastante silencioso . Hay buenos cafés y restaurantes a muy pocas cuadras . A 4 cuadras del Subte B y varios colectivos en la esquina. Agustina respondió muy rápidamente a cada inquietud . Lo recomiendo 100% .

Nos encantó el apartamento de Juan. Es un alojamiento muy luminoso y perfectamente instalado y decorado con muy buen gusto. Todo es nuevo e impecable. La cocina muy bien equipada y cuenta con tés, cafetera con café, heladera y microondas. La cocina es eléctrica por inducción. Utensilios de cocina, vajilla y todo lo necesario por si se necesita preparar algo de comer. La cama muy cómoda y un baño con muy buenos productos de higiene personal. Posee aire acondicionado frío calor. La zona es muy tranquila y a 15 minutos a pie del corazón de Palermo Soho. Se puede estacionar en la calle enfrente y alrededor del apartamento. Volveríamos a alojarnos de Juan sin dudarlo ya que ha sido por otra parte una persona muy receptiva. Saludos! Karen y Claudio

Gostamos muito do apartamento, amplo, bastante luz natural. Tem todas comodidades. Muito silencioso durante a noite. O bairro é bem tranquilo e seguro, inclusive de noite. Tem bons restaurantes perto e dá para voltar andando depois de jantar com segurança. Vários cafés, só sair e você vai tropeçando neles. É um bairro residencial com pouco movimento nas ruas. A Violeta foi quem nos deu apoio, muito educada e prestativa. Uma única observação, que seria mais uma crítica construtiva, não chegou a atrapalhar muito durante a noite, seria o colchão que em nossa opinião já está na hora de trocar. Recomendo bastante a estadia lá!
