Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Colegiales

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment is exactly as described, we had an amazing time. We loved the jacuzzi. They helped us a lot, especially with the check-out time. 100% recommended. We'd come back

We spent a month here and had enough time to form a complete impression. Pros: - Great view (6th floor) - Safe neighborhood, with lots of cafés and small shops nearby - Private grill on the balcony - Comfortable bed - Heated floors - Washing machine - Good communications, Janu is a welcoming owner and speaks English well Cons: - It can get a bit noisy in the living room, especially if you open the window, since the apartment is located near a road. However, it is quiet in the bedroom, and the noise does not disturb sleep. - Appartment was a bit dusty when we moved in, my wife had to clean the floor so that we could walk around without shoes Overall, we had a very positive living experience.

Just as nice as the photos, with quiet surroundings. I love the place, it also has extra details such as the heater on the balcony, that no accommodation that I went through had something like this and is more to take advantage of it. If I go through bsas and it's available I would definitely stay there!

The truth was excellent place and they treated us very well at all times, we had a mishap with the car but they quickly showed initiative to help us solve the problem. I travel Buenos Aires a lot and it's the first time in an Airbnb, they welcome us with chocolates, toilet paper and even a welcome letter, they are simple things but they make a difference. We were very satisfied.

Beautiful apartment in a super building with two pools, gym. There is a coffee shop in the building. The neighborhood was safe, we walked to the center on foot. The host was very helpful and kind, he let us check out later.

the house is giant and very comfortable, it is seen that it was recently remodeled because there is something else in disarray, but it is imperceptible unless you look for the details meticulously. The owners some copados, zero drama, and they stayed available for everything. The wifi flies and the yard is beautiful.

It was the first time when entering an Airbnb property I had no direct contact with a person, that was a bit of awe but Laura always responded right away and anything I could need was always at my disposal. The place is beautiful, the environment is spectacular and we had a great time

An amazing space, full of creatives and good energy. A lot of space to work and relax. A true Argentinian experience, to live in a palace ! Gonzalo is a great host, super helpful and welcoming and kind ! I would Highly recommend to anyone that wants a good experience in this city! Still missing Lémon the cat! Thank you Gonzalo !

Very nice guest house, inside there is everything you need, a great patio where you can relax and fry meat, we had a very good time, everything was perfect, thank you so much for your hospitality.

The house looks like from a movie, super stylish, comfy, and spacious. I wish I could live there for a year haha The office is huge and nice, with a big window, definitely made me more productive.

everything as agreed. the house and the neighborhood very nice. Valeria responded to our needs at all times. We had a great time as a family. As a suggestion, I would take a little more into account the issue of the railings on the stairs and superror floor where the rooms are in case of going with children or elderly people as it is not very safe.

The apartment is very well located, has means of transport in all directions, close to downtown and places to visit, many shops of all kinds, however the street noises do not arrive because it is in front. We had no issues and communication was very smooth.

We loved it! We'll definitely be back, the place feels safe, and entrance with facial recognition makes things easier. The common areas of the accommodation are spectacular, the day it was raining we stayed in the temperate pool. We also like that nearby there are some food stalls that accept card, such as Pizzeria 5.7, that handle local prices which I help us a lot too. Lolo was very attentive and I help us with all inquiries. The only thing to have in consideration is to evaluate the location because if it is a little far from the area of tourist interest such as the obelisk, for us it was perfect among the areas that needed to move and it was totally worth it.

It is one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires, because it’s green, walkable, not really high and relatively safe. The apartment is extremely cozy and bright, everything as described. It’s quite a big apartment building with a lot of amenities, and even though there are tons of restaurants just in the building itself you won’t be bothered, the only source of noises is La Pampa street which is lively but it’s completely fine.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Belgrano. Walking distance to the subway, bustops, and intracity trains. Amazing restaurants to try around the block including middle eastern, peruvian, argentinian, brazilian, and italian cuisines. Easy to find and very secure. Pool is amazing during summer months and the grocery store accross the street is very helpful for anything one may need. Would recommend.

Overall, we loved our stay here. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood is great for walking. The building has a small gym, which was perfect for our needs.
