In addition to a delicious morning coffee, the apartment offers plenty of light in great factory flair. The apartment is fully equipped with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a cozy sofa bed. You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

On the upper floor (30 sqm): living room, bathroom with shower + bedroom. Fresh linens and towels are of course inclusive. What else? Free WiFi, Smart TV incl. DisneyPlus, safe parking spaces and - if the weather plays along - a seating area in the green.

It consists of a double bedroom, a small kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a living room with a sofa bed, so that we can also offer 4 guests a pleasant overnight stay. A children's travel crib is available if needed.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
