After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Our small cozy guest apartment is located in Barleben - Ebendorf district not far from the A2 highway and yet quietly in the old town center on a three-sided farm typical of the region. The apartment has a living room with a small kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. A travel bed for toddlers can optionally be added.
