Monthly Rentals in Coconut Island

Lovley, no frills stay centrally in Phuket but away from the crowds and near a lovley water reservation. It's really quiet at night. Host is lovley and responded to our requests super fast. Nice person who tries his best to make his guests have a great stay. There is construction next doors but they start only around 9am. No smoke or other things as described by previous tenants. Electrical bill is extra but very fair. Just wasn't mentioned, but for the the price I expected that to be the case anyways. It's an amazing offer for the price U get a huge apartment. Perfect location if U like nature. But yes, bike will be needed to get in and out. We loved our stay and hope to visit again. Was the best accommodation for our 10 days in Phuket. ❤️🙏

Pim, thank you so much for your hospitality! This is a great big apartment, with two rooms, right next to Old Town. In the apartment there is all necessary necessary for housing and even more. The host made sure that the place had consumables such as shower gels, paper, napkins, tea, coffee, a lot of bed linen and towels. Spacious rooms, lots of furniture and everything you need for a comfortable long stay. The condo itself has a swimming pool, gym. We highly recommend your stay!

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. Vasilis is great with communication and the place is honestly well equipped for a long stay. You can get your toiletries, snacks and any daily items at the 711 right next door and the neighborhood has some cool places to chill at nearby. Also, the place is well-located, maybe like 15 min to Patong. The gym is a bit lacking, but the pools are nice and the complex feels safe. Would recommend.

Super friendly, resposive and accomodating host, not a single flaw or inconvenience. The building has great amenities and community. Best way to describe the apartment is cosy. Its not the most spacious layout but makes up for it with very cosy, modern and thoughtful furnishing. Thanks Arm!
