Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Cocoa Beach

We had an amazing stay at Wendy’s property! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing — exactly what we needed for a peaceful escape. The pool area was spotless and perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying a quiet evening swim. One of the highlights was the on-site mini-golf — such a fun and unique touch that added to the overall charm of the place. The location was ideal, walking distance to the the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Wendy and Jim were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The extra “treat” and frozen beer mugs were a nice touch too. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a laid-back, fun, and comfortable stay in Cocoa Beach. Can’t wait to come back!

This place was everything we needed and more. The view off the back porch was so much better than the pictures looked. We saw multiple dolphins each day, multiple times of the day and many times they were only 20-30 yards from us. The instructions for everything were very clear. We enjoyed a few movies and a couple games of pool downstairs with our teenager. The ice machine was nice on these hot days. There was also lots of options for dishes, and other supplies for us to use. We didn’t meet the neighbors but my husband went out to take the recycling to the curb and the neighbor had already done it. It’s nice to see neighborly things happening. We enjoyed this house so much.

Great, comfortable house with a lot of amenities and attention to detail in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our short vacation. The host was very pleasant and responsive. The pool looked very nice, but it should be mentioned that the heating is solar powered, so the water temperature depends on the weather. During our stay in January with some cooler days the pool was too chilly to use. The hot tub was very nice though. Overall, we very much recommend this house. We particularly enjoyed the little movie theater and the nice board game selection.

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.

Had a great stay. Great location. Just had a couple issues after check in. Dishwasher was not secured under the counter, so when you loaded it, it would tip and dishes would crash together. We paid to have pool heated for our stay, but it was not working properly. Both issues were corrected by late afternoon on our second day by Lenny, an incredibly nice maintenance man. He told us that we would be refunded for the time it was not working, so we hope that will happen.

The home was beautiful and the location was great. We were in town to celebrate a 50th birthday party in Orlando so some of the family stayed here. It was easy to accommodate our large family.

We stayed here while we were waiting for our house to be ready. We had to push back our checkout date several times and Julia was very accommodating to us. Julia was great from the start and communication was always there when needed. Highly recommend!

This was truly an awesome very private stay! pool was very nice and the kids loved the turf grass, the movie theater, pool table, hockey table, and darts was a huge hit with the kids, plenty of towels and easy instructions of everything, host answered everything instantly. The only issue was lack of cooking utensils, I made breakfast every morning and was able to get by, but a few more utensils would make this wonderful stay truly perfect.

Run, don’t walk to this booking! Fam of 4 (11 & 14 yr old boys). This tops any house or hotel we have previously booked when we come down to Melbourne yearly. So clean, so much room for all of us. The pool is perfection and my kids wanted to hang there more than our SeaWorld/Aquatica outing. No one was there and it was gorgggggeous at sunset surrounded by palm trees. Such a quiet neighborhood. Just the right distance to Orlando and Cocoa Beach. Thank you thank you David for this awesome place for a family in a budget. What a deal. I hope to be back next year!! 🫶
