Megan’s place was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. The home was very comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute. She provided everything we would ever need. Check-in was easy, and her communication was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Location was perfect. We were close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Can’t think of one thing we needed that we couldn’t get access to. Manatees were there to greet us EVERY morning. (9-10am seemed to be the best viewing time!) One morning, we saw a total of 7 manatees, all together, right in front of our doc. Absolutely magical. We did have an unexpected plumbing issue occur, but Brian and Charity were so super responsive and got things taken care of for us right away. Truly couldn’t have asked for better and more attentive hosts. We look forward to booking this fabulous home on our next family vacation!

Had a great stay at this air bnb. Communication was clear and checking in was easy. I particularly enjoyed how close the house was to the beach. The hosts even provided beach chairs and other beach equipment for our use. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

We loved our stay everything about it was great. The house was perfect for our family of eight. We could easily walk to the beach multiple times a day and the pool was also nice when the kids were tired of the beach.

This house was perfect! Close enough to walk to the beach, but also very private on a nice street of other nice homes. The garage was packed full of so many things you could use, like chairs, games, and bikes, we didn’t have to bring as many things as we normally would for a beach trip. The house was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. We all agreed that we would come back to this house in the future, as it kind of turned into what we would hope to purchase one day in the future. Absolutely perfect home, with a perfect location, and a pool of course! 10/10, would live here if we could!

We had an awesome week at Ken’s house. The pool is huge and was such a hit with our kids. The area around the pool is beautifully landscaped, too. The beach is only a 5 minute walk down the street, plus we got to see 2 rocket launches from the beach during our stay! The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Our kids also really enjoyed the pool table. Overall, a great spot for a family vacation, especially because of the amazing pool. Highly recommend.

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

This house was great! Stayed with my family, including 5 of my parent’s grandkids. There were soo many toys and items for the kids to use! The pool was heated and felt amazing. We spent all day outside and not one kid was bored! Loves it and wish we could have stayed longer

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. This home exceeded our expectations. We were even able to store our luggage in the garage while we waited for check-in. While some furniture and a rug were dated and worn, the entire house was very well kept, clean, decorated beautifully. The beds & linens were SO comfortable as was the entire house. Plenty of places to spread out, eat or sit and read a book. I brought a bag of games but could have saved the space in my luggage because this house even has games and puzzles. The garage is stocked with beach supplies (and a cart to haul your stuff to the beach), bikes, and kayaks. Our grandkids loved the ping pong table. By far, everyone’s favorite was the pool! Teresa definitely goes above and beyond to stock the house so that you have everything you need at your finger tip. We will be back (and we will look at their other property as well). Thanks for the memories!

This place was beautiful, clean, welcoming and a mini paradise away from home. My family was visiting Cocoa Beach, FL for a triathalon and needed a place to stay with two dogs. Kate's place was perfect for our visit. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The space was large and open with all the amenities. The back yard was spacious for the dogs and the neighborhood was serene and quite. A bunch of restaurants are near by, and so is the local publix. Great location!

Amy is an awesome host and her home is beautiful. It’s in a great area of Cocoa Beach, with a two minute walk to the beach. It was super close to Publix and a bunch of restaurants. Amy was extremely responsible and helpful and gave lots of recommendations about things to do in the area. We had two adults and 5 kids ages 11-16 and everyone felt right at home.

Had a great time! Kitchen had plenty of cook ware and a nice little yoga set up in the laundry room. Kind neighbors and beautiful decorations.

I had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for what we had planned for our trip. Absolutely amazing area and super close to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Cocoa Beach!

Third time staying at this property, super great location, right across the street from the beach and very close to plenty of local restaurants (Whisk & Grind breakfast Café, fourth Street filling station, jazzy lobster, and the new coa lounge). it’s a great layout with convenient parking, comfortable furnishings, and always clean. We look forward to coming every year for surf camp!
