Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs and this one was by far the best experience I’ve had. The plan was to make it to Orlando a day early to go out and enjoy before we left for our cruise, one we made it to the house, Carol was so nice, helpful and welcoming, the home was so comfortable and the whole home itself was so peaceful we decided to not go anywhere! Sitting in the back watching the fish, swinging on the swing, watching the roosters was exactly what we needed. And the host was one of the most beautiful helpful people I ever met in life. Everytime I visit Orlando I will be looking to stay there!

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

Tim’s house was absolutely amazing so big and spacious and he had it set up so nicely for us was easy to get a hold of or any questions. I can’t thank him enough for being such a gracious host. If I could give six stars, I would.

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. Megan’s place was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. The home was very comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute. She provided everything we would ever need. Check-in was easy, and her communication was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

Coco Casa is absolutely wonderful! The backyard oasis is relaxing and serene. The property has so much to offer, and it’s very evident the owners put passion into creating such a marvelous home. I loved that the kitchen is stocked with all of your needs and then some. They really thought of everything—from shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, dish soap to q-tips, Advil, Tylenol, Thera flu, booster seat, nail polish remover, Swiffer pads, laundry products, and more. It was convenient to have a lot of extra bath towels and beach towels. Every room has a smart tv, as well as a theme. There’s a really nice coffee bar, a large outdoor kitchen, lots of pool toys, bikes to ride to the beach, and more. My favorite part of the house is the waterfall.

Really enjoyed our stay! Backyard really was an oasis. Had a lot of fun playing pickleball and basketball and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Home was clean and they had everything we needed and things we didn't think of (e.g. skewers for making s'mores in the fire pit, beach chairs) Appreciated the responsiveness in communication and from hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Location was perfect. We were close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Can’t think of one thing we needed that we couldn’t get access to. Manatees were there to greet us EVERY morning. (9-10am seemed to be the best viewing time!) One morning, we saw a total of 7 manatees, all together, right in front of our doc. Absolutely magical. We did have an unexpected plumbing issue occur, but Brian and Charity were so super responsive and got things taken care of for us right away. Truly couldn’t have asked for better and more attentive hosts. We look forward to booking this fabulous home on our next family vacation!

This house was great! Stayed with my family, including 5 of my parent’s grandkids. There were soo many toys and items for the kids to use! The pool was heated and felt amazing. We spent all day outside and not one kid was bored! Loves it and wish we could have stayed longer

The Cozy Pinapple was indeed cozy! We loved the property. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The inside was comfortable , clean and accommodating. The pool was absolutely luxurious, clean and warm. The surroundings were scenic and serene. We enjoyed seeing all the aquatic life from the dock. We saw manatees and sting ray, tons of fish and birds and had the most beautiful view of the strawberry moon. We would be happy to come back. This place was absolutely ideal for a relaxing getaway close to many fantastic restaurants and beaches.

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Peaceful location. VERY clean! Lindsay was so friendly and quick to respond. She even gave us a heads up about a rocket launch and it was one of the highlights of our trip! We would definitely come back! Loved it!! The view and the beach were amazing!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

Had the best time! Can’t wait to come back!

Third time staying at this property, super great location, right across the street from the beach and very close to plenty of local restaurants (Whisk & Grind breakfast Café, fourth Street filling station, jazzy lobster, and the new coa lounge). it’s a great layout with convenient parking, comfortable furnishings, and always clean. We look forward to coming every year for surf camp!

Amazing! Great location, the most helpful host, and a homey-fun place to stay for anyone looking for a beach trip! I would 100% recommend this spot when coming to cocoa beach.
