The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. This apartment is on the upper floor of our small house in the high-altitude district of Zell-Barl. Equipped with a shower room and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils (fridge, stove, pots/pans, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink), the apartment offers everything for everyday needs.
