Holiday rentals with beach access in Cocanha Beach

The apartment is wonderful beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful jacuzzi. alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. I stayed in her apartment a while ago, for all these reasons all the above I came back and will come back more often. Internal space, as per flawless listing, kitchen and bathroom, we very much like the accommodations/facilities, host has given clear information and we thank you from heart for the accommodation, we love to have stayed in the apt !!

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

I really liked the place, very good structure and organized. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot as I am allergic. Great market inside the space, pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

Compliments only Alexandre was extremely solicitous and present since before we closed the house, when we were still answering questions. Dona Rosângela also very friendly and understanding. A sweetheart! As for the property: it was like being at home. Completest and very clean. We enjoyed the structure a lot and did not want to leave rs. We intend to return with more time to get to know more about the city, as there is a lot to do and tourism for all tastes. Note 10!

We loved staying at this beach house! The whole area was super clean and tidy, which made our experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. The house had everything we needed — and even more —, super comfortable and practical. The location is amazing, about 10-15min walk to the beach. We certainly want to go back and we indicate with closed eyes to those looking for a well-kept and cozy place to rest.

The house is very comfortable and matches the descriptions in the listing exactly, Ana is always very attentive and responds quickly to messages! The house is in Massaguaçu and a 5-minute drive from Cocanha beach (the best beach in my opinion) there is room for more than one car in the garage and you can also bring animals, which is even better! I will definitely come back more often ☀️🩷

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

My family and I loved the weekend we spent at Rogério's house, it was simply amazing!! The peace and quiet that the house conveys was exactly what we were looking for, the beach that is close to the condominium (Mococa beach) is beautiful and the sea is calm! I definitely intend to come back more often.

Casainha linda, cozy and well located, we went to Cocanha beach apé with great tranquility. We traveled by motorcycle and Priscila's house was perfect for us, already giving in bed and bath linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, facilitating much of our life. We had only one setback in relation to the wifi of the house, which stopped working, but we had a quick backing from Priscila on what happened and everything was solved as possible, we were very grateful for the quick communication. We only have to thank you!!

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I find broader both internally and the backyard. the yard wall is also taller than it looks. But what delighted me most about the lodging were the small details that are not in the listing: pillows and bedding very cozy; wonderful shower; several appliances not included in the listing. The owner of the space with an unparalleled sympathy, answered our requests very quickly. Next visit to Maresias I will seek to rent the space again!

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well-equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place.
