Chalet holiday rentals in Cocanha Beach

Chalet in a safe condominium with spectacular views. They welcomed us late at night and super well because we had an unforeseen event with another accommodation and we were with family. Even the condominium doorman is super helpful. Communicative host and responds quickly, super attentive. The view is breathtaking. Great location. For those who are afraid of steep climbs or have mobility difficulties, it may not be interesting. It can be a place to sunbathe and has a shower for those who don't want to go to the beach.

I had an amazing stay in Maresias, Patrícia and Bruno make us feel at home! The super organized and clean chalet, has everything we need. the check-in and checkout were flexible, meeting our needs at the moment. Super polite and considerate.

The only thing (ifood ordered food arrives very cold). It doesn't pay to order a lot of things, it's worth going out for lunch and dinner. We eat in great places. Amamos spend a part of our honeymoon at Selminha's place. Very receptive, very cozy house. Morro Aggrime, but we climbed quietly with a 1.0 palio, people COMPLAIN TOO MUCH. The kitchen has all the items, there is no room for mosquitoes and bugs to enter. I chose to leave everything closed. It has AC and fans! Very organized house and the very WONDERFUL selma. Street only with neighbors talking, no songs and messes.

The cottage is a delight! Very well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, allowing meals both inside the chalet and in the private outdoor area. The structure also has a hoist that was very useful and a hammock on the upper floor, from where you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The location is excellent, just 100 meters from a delicious beach, which has two great kiosks. In addition, it is close to everything, making it very easy to stay. The host, Arnaldo, is extremely attentive and answers any questions quickly. The cleaning of the chalet is impeccable and the environment is very beautiful and well taken care of. Ilhabela is simply wonderful and the home experience was excellent! We would definitely come back more often. The only observation is about the mattress, which we find a little soft for our taste – but that's a matter of custom. Overall, the stay at Arnaldo's cottage was well worth it!

Very nice chalet surrounded by a lot of green. Quiet neighborhood and easy access both from Uber and by car, we really enjoyed our stay.

We love our stay! The place is beautiful and the hosts are super accessible. The garden is wonderful for those who have Pet. Pertito da Praia. We recommend it for sure!

We loved the chalet, very comfortable, great location, kitchen equipped with the basics, but that super catered to our needs, we took our doguinhos and they loved, slept and woke up to the noise of the sea, was even pitiful of going out to meet other beaches. For those who want to rest and relax without clutter/ noise this place is perfect.

Chalé, with an excellent location and very cozy,close to the Centre of Ilhabela, you don't need a car to go downtown. We had an unforeseen event during our stay and Raquel was quick to help us. It would get back to you!!

The chalet is very good, well located, clean and very faithful to the photos present in the listing. We had a great and quiet stay. It would return for sure. A single point that we found strange is that there were days when people went to clean the chalet, without informing in advance that this would occur.
