Holiday rentals with a pool in Cocanha Beach

We were very happy with home and with Fernando who is super attentive and with Dal who took such good care of us, we paid her part to help us and it was amazing. The house is beautiful, the beach is wonderful and calm, super close to the house. Casa very comfortable and as described. Wonderful pool. We didn't have any problems and have always been very well served. They were great days. Thank you very much!

We had an amazing weekend at Ilhabela and Rafael’s place was stunning. It’s in great location, easily walkable to the restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to spend holidays at Ilhabela stay at his place

Unfortunately, we were unable to complete our stay due to force majeure (family death), but the house is wonderful. Marcelo and Elisangela received us with great sympathy and explained everything about the house. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, has all the necessary utensils. The rooms and bathrooms are large, with very good showers. The pool is tasty and was very clean. Sure, we'll come back at another time. One of the best houses I've booked on the platform. I recommend it!

Talita was very solicited from the beginning, allowed early entry and quickly answered questions, her father was also very kind and polite at check-in. Spacious House, 3 bathrooms and well located. The only point that could improve are the mattresses, but nothing to discard. I recommend it!

Excellent locale, befitting the listing. The clean, comfortable and organized house is a quiet condominium with a swimming pool, parking and a location close to the beach. The host, Mr. Luiz, sent us important information and tips about the location. The housekeeper/caretaker, Sr Thiago, welcomed us very well, very helpful, polite and attentive. It all went very well from check-in to check-out.

The apartment served us 100%! Selma is very polite and communication with her is very quiet. I only have two reservations: the electronic lock was not working very easily, we had a bit of difficulty in getting the password; the bulk of the cleaning. But nothing that compromised our trip, it was amazing and we'll be back whenever we can.

The house is a grace, it has everything to cook, a fridge and a very good stove. i just wanted to highlight one thing,there are great fans there,but whoever is hot like us,we recommend taking more fans,because it's very hot.
