Monthly Rentals in Cleveland Heights

The carriage house is a little gem in a lovely setting. This part of Cleveland Heights is grand homes with big yards and beautiful gardens. Inside, there is a feeling of old world charm and comfort along with modern fittings in the bathroom and kitchen. There are thoughtful touches like coffee and real cream, a cozy throw for cuddling on the couch, and plenty of space for lounging or working. I had a small issue with the heating. Kari was instantly on it and, boom, fixed. She and her husband are kind and friendly, just the perfect hosts. One thing to note, the stairs into the apartment are narrow and steep so be prepared for that when carrying luggage. All in all, I'd be delighted to stay here again on another trip to Cleveland.

We really appreciated having such a clean and well organized home fir our week stay. We stayed on the first floor of a duplex and found it to be very quiet. Everything you need is very walkable which was great because we didn't have a car. Cameron and Cathy were really nice hosts and we'd definitely return should we be back in the area again.

Feels like Home, despite being away from my Home. Always a great stay. Spacious, clean, quiet and private parking available for residents. Safe space and one immediately feels at home. From when you walk into the building, during your stay and to your easy check out. The host is wonderful as well, makes sure renters feel welcomed in the apartment from decor in the unit, availability of amenities, and quick response to any maintenance requests/other. One of the reasons I have stayed in the city longer than expected. Thank you.
