We are Logan & Andrea. The Coop is on the 1st floor of a duplex. Everything in the apt is new. We have a medical lift chair for guests recovering from surgeries. There is free laundry, wifi, and a smart TV. We are 1 mile from the Cleveland Clinic and CWRU. We are near parks, museums and walking areas. We are a $10-15 Uber ride from Dwntwn Clev. Please note, this is a multi ethnic community, If you are uncomfortable around people who look different from you, our place is not for you

You’ll love this newly remodeled third floor suite in our large century home located near Coventry Village/University Circle/Cleveland Clinic. The private suite with separate entrance and stairs has an air conditioned large bedroom with a firm queen bed, a sunny sitting room with a futon and a bathroom (shower) finished in Victorian ornate wood trim! Off street parking is in the rear. Our place is great for couples or business travelers, and the futon can sleep a child on.
