Holiday rentals with a patio in Clearwater Beach Island

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay while we were in Clearwater! Immaculate place, very well stocked and equipped from kitchen, to cleaning supplies to towels and linens! Felt right at home. Great communication with the host. Walkable to a shops and restaurants. Felt very secure in a gated community. All the amenities we could ask for. Really enjoyed our stay. The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Host was very helpful from first booking we were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary and attending a friends wedding needed a location close to a wedding venue and it was perfect! only seven minutes to the venue! The location was perfect fit for us, Easy to find, easy to get to dining and grocery locations, nice neighborhood, when you walk in you feel like you’re at home! Very comfortable! The decor is simple but elegant! Very clean, inviting! We had no problems at all and had everything we needed to make our anniversary trip a success at a great price!

I had an absolutely amazing time at Hector’s Airbnb! The space had everything I needed and more comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, and the attention to detail made the stay feel just like home. We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the beach and pool. The golf cart was an amazing addition as there are many places to eat in driving distance to the house. Jarrett was very responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week at Natalie and Tony’s home! Everything was clean and the house was nicely decorated. While it could use some updating, I enjoyed the 70s vibe in the decor. Check in was a breeze and communication was fantastic. We really enjoyed the pool and the game room. The house was well equipped with essentials, even coffee pods which was very much appreciated on arrival. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shower pressure was good and air conditioning worked great. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return!

We cannot say enough good things about this rental. It was beautiful inside and truly felt like a home away from home. The beds and couches were comfortable, and they provided plenty of bathroom towels. They even thought of things like phone charging outlets near the beds and nightlights in the bathrooms. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and towels and even a wagon to take everything down to the beach. The location was also fabulous. Within walking distance to great restaurants, gelato, & markets and a short distance to the beach. We even enjoyed watching dolphins from the back patio in the evenings. The owners were wonderful to work with, and we would recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

Kelley was an amazing host. The amenities were exactly what my husband and I needed. Everything is 10 minutes away or less for driving, and the beach is just a 30 second walk out the door. Kelley was responsive the entire time. Will absolutely be coming back if it’s available to book again!

I would recommend this place to anyone!! There was 4 of us, plus our fur baby. I know it’s not right on the ocean, but it’s just a short 15 minute drive to the beaches! Damian was an excellent host, responded right away. I had no issues whatsoever! The place was loaded with beach stuff, which we didn’t use. But, if you forget anything it’s nice that’s it’s available. Also had plenty of dishes if you want to make your own meals. He also sent a bunch of recommendations which was nice. The condo was very clean and homie feeling. The pool was nice, though we only used it once. We had a really quiet stay. I would most definitely come back to Damian’s condo. Thank you for such an excellent stay.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

Great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and some local restaurants. The Coconut Charlie Tiki bar was 200 feet away. Great food. Good drinks. I would definitely stay there again. You The only negative a TV upgrade is needed for something much bigger.

Love, love, love this place! Becky and Tyler were super sweet and very responsive! Check-in was smooth, the place was beautiful and comfortable! This is definitely one of our most favorite vacations that we have been on!

Condo was great. We were in FL for a wedding and lots of scheduled activities. This served our needs for a comfy, convenient place to stay. Walked to breakfast daily, lots of cute places within a mile walk. Great walking path. Highly recommend staying here. Bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent communication all through the process. You won't regret booking this condo.
