Lake Condo- Spacious 2 bedroom, Best Lake View!

Wanting to wake just a couple feet from the water with the best view of the lake? My two bedroom lake condo is just that as there is no rental on the lake closer to the water. Great for all size families and friend gatherings- Bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a nice queen and full beds. The lake condo has all amenities of a home as well as a shared spacious patio with plenty of seating and a 300 foot dock for your use! *Flooring has been updated! New hard floors in some pics

The Clausen House-Historic home close to the lake!

The Clausen House was built in 1890 and is a majestic place to stay. It has been updated with 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room. It has ten foot ceilings on the main floor with beautiful original finished woodwork. The house has been in the Clausen family since it was built. We purchased the home to have guests enjoy it. It is great loc for families to get together and have lots of room to relax and enjoy themselves. Guests with mobility challenges can sleep on the main floor.

Relax at the Lake in Serenity! This simple spacious cottage is a perfect getaway nestled in a beautiful neighborhood setting. This cottage is set in back of another dog friendly rental (Swordfish Suite on 8th Street) Fully fenced with a Firepit chat table and gorgeous trees. The property has a great front porch for sipping coffee and side table by a grill to eat outdoors. Parking is right next to the cottage! Its a quick walk or bike ride to Downtown main street, city park and city beach.

The Wren House: Close to Lake, No Cleaning Fee

The Wren House is within walking distance of local lakeside attractions such as PM Park; the Tiki Bar; and the Ritz beach, shelter house and boat ramp (lake access that's much less crowded than city and state beach). Its only a 3 minute drive to Clear Lake State Park's trails, beach and picnic areas and less than 10 minutes to get downtown to spend time at the seawall, city beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. The cottage is quaint but very comfortable and stocked with all the trip essentials

It is ideal for adults and children over 7 and the home features a blend of midcentury modern and modern furnishings. It has fireplaces in the living room and in the master bedroom. The downstairs bathroom boasts a triangular soaking tub/shower combo and the upstairs master bathroom has a shower.

The cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with sleeping arrangements for 10 people. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for our 2 families. I especially loved having the washer and dryer!!! The owners are great communicators and super friendly! The house was well laid out and decorated and clean! The location is perfect to be able to walk to the beach and Main Street and just far enough away to not have to struggle with parking! We loved everything! Thanks for a great home away from home!

Our stay at this beautiful, historic home was better than we could have imagined. The house is a perfect blend of historic home and modern amenities. We all slept so well in the comfortable beds. The home is located within walking distance to City Beach, downtown and all the fun Clear Lake has to offer. Instructions regarding the stay were clear and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at June’s place! It was clean and cozy! It was a great location, able to walk to downtown and swimming beach. Very nice to be able to wake up and take a walk down by the lake. June was responsive and communicated. Would definitely like to stay again soon!

The pictures did not do this home justice! There were so many sweet touches. Dena was very responsive and extremely flexible with our check in time making everything a breeze. The beds were very comfortable as well. I would love to go back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed long-term for work and we had no issues at all. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, decorated nicely and is in a great location! Heidi truly went above and beyond for us! She is such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this townhome! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Iowa. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and the townhouse. Thank you for everything Heidi! You are amazing!
