Our stay at this beautiful, historic home was better than we could have imagined. The house is a perfect blend of historic home and modern amenities. We all slept so well in the comfortable beds. The home is located within walking distance to City Beach, downtown and all the fun Clear Lake has to offer. Instructions regarding the stay were clear and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay!

I stayed at Tony’s place for two nights while attending a local event, it was the perfect home base. Within walking distance are the lake, restaurants, and other misc businesses. The neighborhood was quiet, you will hear the traffic at night but it’s not overbearing. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and wares, but make sure to bring your own condiments/sugar/spices. The home is spotless, comfortable, and cheery, you will love it.

This is a great location in clear lake, and the cottage is packed with little extras for a family getaway. They have everything you could possibly need for the beach and the kitchen is fully stocked. We loved the game closet!

This was a comfortable house to stay in, decorated beautifully and stocked well. Beds, furniture, showers, bathrooms and the kitchen are updated. The deck is so nice to relax and grill out on. The yard was pretty well maintained. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. And I loved hearing the train!

Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay at Kiley's! This was the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable rental we've stayed in. Extremely organized and well appointed. Very comfortable beds, fluffy towels, espresso machine was a huge plus when traveling with a baby...The app was super convenient. The only downside of our weekend, which was completely out of anyone's control, was the giant mayfly swarm. We didn't spend as much time outside but at least the house was a perfect retreat. I would love to stay here again, in the warmer months.

We loved our stay here. The house is spotless and has everything we needed! We were very comfortable here. The linens are so nice and everything was spotless. The lamps with plugs for charging were very nice. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. I was surprised by the garage it is set up so nice. The walk to the central gardens is across the road and something to definitely take advantage of! Dani was the best host, so friendly and helpful! Trying to decide on a place to stay while visiting Clear Lake you won’t regret this one!

Property as described. The host responded very quickly when I had issues. Unfortunately, the train runs nearby but the good news is that it’s not as active at night. Something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. Laundry in basement which was different than what I’m used to. It’s a cute house though that’s well disguised.

This home was so nice with open floor plan. There was lots of space to spread out for conversations on two porches as well as outdoor area and game room. We had teens, small children and seniors in our group and everybody's needs were met. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there was lots of room for sit down or buffet style meals. Beds were comfortable. The only thing we noticed was that the master shower is quite small for large people. We would choose this home again in a minute.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh and Katie’s house on Clear Lake, Iowa. The home was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully prepared, making it the perfect getaway. The views of the lake were stunning, wood-burning fireplace and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. Josh and Katie were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed long-term for work and we had no issues at all. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, decorated nicely and is in a great location! Heidi truly went above and beyond for us! She is such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this townhome! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Iowa. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and the townhouse. Thank you for everything Heidi! You are amazing!
