We sleep up to 10 people (11 if 3 of them are small kids) in 5 different bedrooms, and we have 3 full bathrooms to meet the needs of a large group! Modern but cozy, big but not too big - this is the perfect place for everyone (with parking for up to 7 vehicles!)

Lakeview Cottage - Come Relax in the city of Sportsman's Paradise and enjoy the beautiful views of Clear Lake-Ventura, Iowa, with unobstructed views of the lake. Enjoy our home with games, two TV rooms, a large backyard, boat access, and a park to use in front of the house and on the lake. A short-term rental agreement may be sent to you confirming the policies and rules, which must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking. Beach Barn

Get together with friends and family at the Beach Barn. The living room has an abundance of windows, filling it with natural daylight. The dining area is great for group meals, game time or studying. There is also a small table in the kitchen. There is a first floor bedroom and bath. Upstairs has one smaller bedroom with a queen bed. The larger bedroom has two full beds and two twin beds. The 2nd twin is a trundle and easily pulls out, on wheels. There is also a full bath upstairs.

Welcome to the Clear Lake Escape! One block off the water, this home is the perfect spot to enjoy with friends/family! The home consists of 4 bedrooms (2 King & 2 Queen), + 2 sleeper sofas to COMFORTABLY SLEEP 12. (if you'd like to have over 12 guests, please contact us and we are open to accomodating requests for an additional fee- we do have a crib provided as well). There is room for a boat trailer in the driveway!
