The tree houses are 100 yards away from the main house. These all have Queen beds and perfect for two! Continental Breakfast included Mon-Fri 8-9am; Sat-Sun 9-10am

This spacious 3 bedroom home has an open layout, offers an enclosed porch, private backyard w/patio, garden tub and washer/dryer. Approx. 1 mile from downtown Yellow Springs. Rates will be adjusted based on the number of bedrooms/guests. This space is completely private however the property manager is in an adjacent living space. You will have a private entrance off a shared foyer. Linens & towels are provided. Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking and serving utensils and dishes.
