Not only is this home a nod to American Gothic but is is steeped in its own history. Originally built as a Cities Service station built in 1929

The Lodge at Deer Pass is a 4BR home just steps from John Bryan State Park and less than 5 minutes from downtown Yellow Springs. It offers space to gather, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. With large living areas and an incredible screened-in porch, the Lodge is perfect for families and small groups visiting Yellow Springs. Welcome to Blake’s Place 2.0! Our HGTV-inspired upstairs 3BR/1BA duplex offers comfy beds with blackout curtains, Smart TVs in every room, high-speed internet, washer/dryer, and dedicated workspaces. Enjoy a covered patio, a fully stocked coffee bar with espresso machine, and games for fun. Parking includes street spots plus two behind the garage. Walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and brewery, five minutes to Wittenberg, and a short drive to Buck Creek and Yellow Springs.

GloryField Hospitality Farm - Homestead

The Homestead is an excellent place to relax & entertain your whole family and friends (up to 10 People). The extra large deck overlooks 150 Acres of fields, private wetland, and pond where you can fully relax & enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit.
