Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Clark County

We stayed for the night to go to the Springfield ohio antique show. Perfect location. It was just 14 minutes away. The house was clean and beds were comfy.

Judith's place was exactly as pictured and described -- only BETTER! As a person who came of age in the '60s/'70s, staying at Judith's was like hanging out in the house of your coolest and most interesting friend -- the one who loved books, music, houseplants, and "wild" gardens filled with whatever wanted to grow there. The wall of windows in the main living area made it a light-filled retreat, and the gazebo was a great private place to listen to birds, admire the beautiful trees, read, do yoga and nap. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, the bathroom was clean, and the radio station she was tuned to was great. You can walk anywhere: to meditate at the Dharma Center, to the shops downtown, to Glen Helen and Antioch College -- so park at Judith's kitchen door and have a great time in Yellow Springs.

We were blown away by this AirBnB! The interior was impeccably appointed with every little amenity thought of. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The area was quiet within steps to a trailhead in beautiful Clifton Gorge. The hosts were super helpful and communicative but not at all intrusive. We are planning to come back asap!

The Lavender house is in a wonderful location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a few blocks from Xenia Avenue where all the restaurants and shops are. We were able to walk all over the village and enjoy it. Jill was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend staying here.

This beautiful home is one that I will stay in every time I return to Springfield. It's spacious and was spotless, private and pretty, comfortable and comforting! it's everything you want, need and expect a HOME to be! The only downside to this home, was that we loved it so much, it was difficult to leave.

This was a great house for my family and I to stay in. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous, safe, and peaceful. I went for a morning run, and all the streets had sidewalks with beautifully manicured trees, flowers, etc. The home was clean, spacious, and furnished as described. The only issue we had was the curtains. With it being summertime, my kids needed to go to bed before sundown, and the curtains were not light blocking. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family of 3 visiting a friend at the air force base. We loved hanging out on the back deck (and enjoyed the fireflies in the evening). We felt really comfortable and the house had everything we needed to cook dinners at home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Tamara was very responsive and the best air bnb host! We really enjoyed our little vacation.

Inviting and Relaxing Our stay at Teresa's home in Enon was wonderful. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable, great location, room for our car and trailer on the driveway and the wonderful fenced in backyard for our poochie. The Amenities that were listed on the site were easily found and her home had all the comforts of home! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Cedarville and there was a lot of running to do and this house was very centrally located so it made accomplishing all of our errands and graduation an easy task. If any question arose, Teresa was very quick to respond and even reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. As my son now lives in the area, we will hopefully be returning soon! Great space with everything we needed. Super clean, comfy beds and linens, and on a quiet street just a block or so from downtown. We were in town for a baseball tournament which was all around Dayton and this house was in a central location just a short drive from everywhere in the area. Downtown Tipp City is such a nice, clean, friendly place. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our third stay at Tamra's place and we once again found everything to be ready for a great stay. If you are bike riding in Xenia, this bnb is perfect! It is close to all five trails off the hub of Xenia Station. We also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The bike store is a few blocks away as well as a great Mexican restaurant, Los Mariachi's. We also had everything we needed to fix meals of our own at the bnb, including a grill. All in all, this is one of the best bnb's we've stayed at. We highly recommend it!

Steve and Marilyn are exceptional hosts. Their accommodations were 5 star. They are such a nice couple, very easy to sit and talk with just about anything. Visiting their town was such a pleasure, nice people, walkable, plenty to do and the restaurants excellent. We already are planning our next stay with them for next year. We have had so many great experiences using Airbnb, but this one has been the best by far. Thank you!

The apartment is very nice! you stay above the host's garage! you will have a beautiful patio to look out over the backyard. The bed and the couch are in the same room. But it worked out just fine. the couch was very comfortable. the fridge was very nice! can I get over how well located the apartment is. you were right in the thick of the best part of the city and have very easy access to all the trails. The hosts are extremely nice and own a local brewery that is a must go to in Xenia!

We had an excellent time! Everything in town is walkable and the patio was a lovely outdoor space.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this Airbnb. We have always thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Paul and his wife are friendly and hospitable hosts. They do a great job caring for their property and are very easy to get along with. We enjoy being in the center of town and being able to walk everywhere. The town is small but peaceful and we love how close the Airbnb is to the university. Thank you again, Paul, for hosting us. We hope to stay again in the future.
