We had an amazing stay!! The location was superb and the hosts were great. The views were stunning.

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Staying at this apartment was truly magical. Every time I looked out the window or stepped onto the balcony, I was left in awe. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the town of Montepulciano was every bit as beautiful—charming, historic, and full of character. Leaving was the hardest part, and I’m already counting down the days until I can return. From the incredible local restaurants to the stunning wineries nestled in the Tuscan hills, every moment felt like a dream. Photos simply can’t capture the beauty—you have to experience it for yourself.

We had a great time, the accommodation is in the heart of Tuscany, in a beautiful landscape! The place is peaceful and the inhabitants of the village very welcoming! The change of scenery was total! Our host was lovely and very responsive. We'll be happy to go back.

Great stay with incredible views. Perfect location for exploring Montepulciano and the surrounds. Parking was easy and everything was really comfortable.

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

It was a wonderful experience, Daniela the owner is a wonderful person, her sweet welcome made us feel at home. With her beautiful four-legged friends and her sweet horses, she made us appreciate the beautiful natural setting we were immersed in even more. A few minutes from the center of Arezzo and certainly a great location for those like us who love nature but also appreciate the historical and more touristy part of beautiful Arezzo. I would say a great combination of nature and history. Thanks to the availability and impeccable professionalism of Virginia who supported us throughout the stay, with kindness and punctuality. Definitely an unforgettable experience to be repeated even in spring when the landscape is transformed and the sunniest days will allow us to take walks and do other activities in the area. We had a great 6 nights at Margherita and Silvio's place. It is a two bedroom detached building minutes from Sienna but with lovely views of farm fields, cedars and umbrella pines. Very peaceful, private and quiet. Just as shown and described in the listing. Margherita and Silvio are great hosts and immediately brought around a bottle opener (for the local chianti) when we couldn't find one. This is a great location for exploring beautiful Tuscany. Highly recommended.

We visited family in san giovani vdo and wanted to stay nearby. Niccolo’s place was perfect. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us. We loved the outside patio. Beds all comfy-we slept very well. Bottle of wine to greet us was greatly appreciated. Shower good. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Such a peaceful place to stay! The house was spotless, the views were amazing, and the pool was lovely. We had such a lovely time. The local restaurant is a real gem too. Just to note you should buy lots of bottled water (not an issue as the supermarket is v close!) as the tap water isn’t drinkable.

Duddova is a small, very quiet place - ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view over the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and laid out with great attention to detail – a true oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and attractions - a car is essential for this. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, fast and helpful. Great place! Beautiful area and close to the activities we had planned. Very clean and spacious apartment - clear instructions.

Unfortunately our stay was pretty short (2 nights only), but we loved it a lot and will definitely be back in the future. The house is on a beautiful ground with lots of vegetation and is handled by a caring owner. Inside it looked clean and everything needed was available. Can only recommend!

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

This AirBnb was so charming and in a perfect location. We enjoyed some downtime in the garden area after a long day of walking. Deanna was extremely helpful and made recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. She was very communicative and helpful.

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!

Carolina’s home is so peaceful and the view from the private terrace of the hills and the vineyards below is amazing. A unique and special place!

The highlight of our tour around Italy, simply stunning. The outside area is the obvious highlight; the lovely pool overlooking iconic Tuscan scenery, but the inside is also perfect (didn’t think we’d fully use the two bathrooms but we did!!!). Matteo was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us - he even led the way in his car to help us find the restaurant he’d recommended when we arrived (one of our best meals of our holiday). A truly magical stay.
