Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

Vittorio’s place was incredible. Easy to find. He was responsive. An amazing stay overall. Very happy we were able to stay here and found their little town. Thank you so much for having us.

We had an unforgettable stay with the whole family at this place. As soon as we arrived, we were charmed by the cleanliness and functionality of the house, which perfectly met our needs. The pool was a real plus, ideal for relaxing while admiring the olive trees that surround the property, creating a peaceful and enchanting setting. We also enjoyed the proximity to the farm animals. The kids loved spending time with the donkeys and chickens, a unique experience for the whole family. One of the highlights of our stay was savoring the dolci prepared each morning by Ana. These homemade delights were simply exceptional and added a gourmet touch to our days. In summary, our family loved this stay and we highly recommend this place for an authentic experience, in the heart of nature, with all the comforts necessary for a perfect stay. Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.
