Monthly Rentals in Ciudad Colonial, Zona Colonial

Great location…. Super safe and peaceful neighborhood, Zona Colonial was my favorite part of Santo Domingo. A short walk to everything with all the modern comforts I expected. Justin is a great host who really knows the neighborhood well. Would come back anytime.

It is very quiet place, pleasant and feels safe.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is modern, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Loved being able to walk to all the key locations in the Colonial Zone. The local host, Danes, was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The only thing to note is that, as a light sleeper, I had difficulty sleeping due to street noise and people coming in and out of the building. Other than that, I highly recommend this apartment if you’re planning to explore the Colonial Zone!

The stay was spotless! The location in the middle of the old town is perfect, the apartment is clean, spacious, super equipped, has character... I wish I had something like this at home haha I can only recommend everyone to book this place when it is in Santo Domingo. The communication with Etienne was also perfect.
