The apartment is beautiful, easy to find, very clean, nice and well-equipped.

Great location for easy access to old town. Very safe and secure location with good view of river and old town. Comfortable, local convenient places to eat. Pizza place well worth a visit. Just as the pictures show and a great place to explore Santo Domingo from.

Me and my much better half have stayed at Yaimel’s apartments a few times now and it’s always been a great experience. We just stayed for 10 days and everything was as good as advertised. Yaimel and Ana are very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant experience. The 24 hour front desk staff are very pleasant and always willing to assist. The neighborhood is also really cool with many hidden gems to have a great cocktail and a nice meal. Looking forward to our next visit. Also a great place to stay if you’re working remotely!

Safe and clean

I stayed at this air bnb for 3 weeks and I can honestly say I felt like I was at home. It was so clean when I got there, he made the access to the apartment easy and safe. His generosity, communication and attention was above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Dominican Republic. I highly recommend staying here, the area is safe and the building is very secure which made me feel super safe. Thank you Alexander!!

It's a very good place to stay. It fulfilled all my needs and was within walking distance from where I needed to go.

The place is exactly as described it's newly renovated with beautiful backsplash and newer appliances. Had a bit of trouble finding it but she was very responsive, The place doesn't get a lot of natural light which is something I would of liked more of so without that it can feel a bit closed in but you have your own private balcony available as well. The neighborhood is very safe there is 🚔 always around The water could be hotter I mean the s🚿 is warm at best but maybe that's just my preference I like to take really hot 🚿 but it wasn't like it was freezing It was comfortable enough for use. The water was never hot for the sinks though washing dishes and hand washing I would usually warm the water via the stove all in all for the price she's currently charging I would definitely stay there again.

I definitely enjoyed this place and the host was every helpful for anything I needed . I needed to check out late and he allowed me to do so with no problem . Apartment was very clean and the shower had hot water kitchen had everything needed to make a home meal I definitely will be staying again

Spacious and beautiful apartment, with all the amenities for a quiet and comfortable stay. With good parking and security at all hours. The area is very quiet, clean and close to everything. The esplanade is close by for a walk. Orlando accommodated us with some requests that we had in a comprehensive, flexible and friendly way. He was very respectful and helpful. I totally recommend it and we'll be back. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was unbeatable, it was very easy to get there. Also just 8 minutes away in car from the Colonial Zone. Check in was super smooth and the guys at the reception were very helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, the floor and bathrooms were shiny. The bed linens smelled amazing, the pillows were super soft, and everything felt fresh and cozy. They placed water and coffee, really appreciated :) there is also a little market a few minutes walking in case you need anything to eat or drink, we ordered breakfast one of the days and it was delicious! Loved it and highly recommend Place is very nice and close to zona colonial. You have 2 rooms available as well as dining room and kitchen. There is couple corner stores where you can buy basics and a restaurant where you can have good lunch.

The apartment is perfect. With all of the amenities - cafe, restaurant, pool, gym, spa, sauna etc It was like staying in a hotel but so much better! The lobby staff were incredibly professional and helpful. Clean comfortable bed, Netflix, hot water ….The area was just what we were looking for - safe, quiet not on a busy main road, quick Uber rides and eats, great for walking our dogs day and night. Overall we were thoroughly impressed. This will definitely be saved under favorites for our future trips to Santo Domingo! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Thank you Raquel

All I have to say are good things, I'm leaving with a very good taste in my mouth with how good I felt in that apartment, clean, modern, spacious, quiet and with all the amenities, simply 10/10. Totally recommended…

ultra modern apartment looks better in person than on pictures . it is located in a upscale community, I could not find one negative about this apartment, definitely would recommend and definitely want to stay there again on my next visit .
