Townhouse holiday rentals in City of Binan

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

Ms Jennifer was very responsive. My relatives had to do early check in and she was flexible with it. Thank you 🙂.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

Great Airbnb place for the whole family! Lots of space and room to accommodate everyone! Would recommend this place for those looking in the Pasay Area. I just wished the parking was alot closer to the check-in, but overall a very great place to stay!

The place is perfect for big family stays! It offers great amenities and a beautiful, peaceful environment. The owner is very attentive and proactive with helpful suggestions, making the experience even better. We had no issues throughout our entire stay — everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My mom and sister checked in here as it was the closest accommodation we can find near their training venue. Everything was good and Ms. Allona was really nice and accommodating. It was just difficult to get public transpo from outside (Hacienda Sta. Elena) going to the house. Otherwise, still good value for money.

They are very approachable , easy to deal with and very attentive to our queries. They are flexible with our schedules as well. And the place is a very comfy and nice place to be. Feels like home. Very highly recommended!! Thank you Miss Debie and will definitely see you again in the future

Sir Normand was a wonderful host, he catered all our needs with swift action. He’s hospitable and friendly, just what a host should be. As for the place, it’s beautiful! Very spacious bedroom, clean and complete kitchen. The best part is the automatic laundry machine so you’ll never worry about dirty clothes. You’ll definitely feel at home! Thank you sir Normand. I highly recommend Lee Berna's. I had the restful stay that I needed prior to my training in Vermosa. The room is very clean and tidy. Ma'am Bernadeth is very responsive and warm. Thank you, Ma'am Bernadeth, for helping me in my transportation, and even offering to prepare me food before and after my training. 'Til my next booking!

We're composed of 3 couples that attended a wedding at Tagaytay Highlands. If you're looking for a place to stay near the said venue and will be booking as a group also then we highly recommend Ms. Cha's place! We requested to have access to all 3 rooms and Ms. Cha graciously approved our request. Listing is accurate, environment is peaceful, and there's also enough parking space to accommodate 2-3 cars. We requested in advance the towels but kindly bring your own toiletries because these will not be provided. Too bad we had to leave the next day after the wedding but my friends were able to try their videoke. The boys enjoyed lounging by the big couch din as they played their mobile games. We hope to be back next time for a proper staycation so we can enjoy more the other activities available within the place. Thanks again Ms. Cha and Ate Riza for welcoming and assisting us at your homestay! :)

The place was very accessible if you hail tricycles from SM City Lipa terminal. Heater works well. Wifi is very fast. Complete kitchen amenities. Was able to enjoy watching netflix during my stay. Ms. Kath, the cohost, was very responsive to my questions. Lots of stores inside the subdivision. Will definitely book again!!! 😊

Was a bit unsure at first since there weren’t many reviews, but the host was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The place ended up being way better than we expected! Super clean, easy check-in, and close to stores which was really convenient. Wi-Fi did drop out sometimes, but if you're just chilling with friends or family, it’s not a big deal. Overall, loved the stay!

Coleens place is nice, close to everything you need, a few walk to restaurants, pharmacy and laundromat. We enjoyed our stay plus the free parking which is very important if you have a car. And we felt safe as well. Ate the next door neighbor assisted us if we have questions. Also, Ms. Coleen is very responsive when we had some issue with WIFI. Overall the place is very worth the price and the host is extremely accommodating and responds very quickly and politely with all of our inquiries. Really had a wonderful experience with this place. :) The host provided a very detailed check in guidelines which should already help you out with your initial queries including how to get to the place and how to get in with the unit. Additionally, I wanted to commend Ms Lenn for being truthful. She could have hidden the fact about the announcement of possible power interruption in the place to keep the paid booking but she chose to be transparent and honest about it with us. She also even offer a free extension of stay for any inconvenience a power outage may cause us. Luckily, there were no actual power outage during our stay. Still, we truly appreciate how kind and honest Ms Lenn is. The actual place is very spacious, even the whole neighborhood is so big and quiet as well. Really great place and affordable too! Thanks for having us!
