Great Place!! First thing my 5-yr old daughter said after entering the unit is that she wanted to relax instead of going swimming. At other staycation she would usually go change to her bathing suit straight away upon arriving 🥰 Thank you Ms. Glenda!!

My parents loved the place!!! They went there during a typhoon but, the place was not flooded. The unit is clean and very cozy. They had a blast staying and resting in the unit.

We had a wonderful stay at Quennie’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Quennie was a proactive host who made the whole experience smooth. The location was convenient and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would recommend staying here and would happily book again in the future!

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Neil is incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any inquiries, making our stay seamless. Our family had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to return! The pool was nice and the alfresco set up with the tv was enjoyed by us. All rooms are airconditioned which was a plus points. There's also a heater in the shower. The road to the place was just muddy and narrow. The mop inside the house was also not functioning well so we cant really use it but we still enjoyed our overnight stay. Thank you again for the smooth check in check out processes and for being accommodating to all my concerns.

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Cheryl’s an amazing host. We were well taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting GenTri. My cousins and I had fun with the karaoke all night. Place is accessible and peaceful. Will absolutely have plans to come back here in the future.

5 Stars - Recommended! We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating — even allowing us to do an ocular visit beforehand, which we really appreciated. The caretakers on-site were warm, always smiling, and willing to help with anything we needed. The house itself was clean, cozy, and felt very homey. One of the highlights for us was the pool — it’s non-chlorinated and was freshly filled upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The only minor issue we encountered was a leak in the second room during a particularly strong rain. We mentioned it to the caretaker, and they were quick to acknowledge it and committed to addressing it right away. This didn’t affect the overall quality of our stay at all. Overall, we had a lovely experience and our family is already looking forward to our next visit!

The place is exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet and the unit feels safe with a lockable metal gate installed as well. The place is neat and spacious. It was also very cosy, my husband and I felt at home right away. April is an excellent host. She has hosted us twice, and on both instances, we are impressed by her responsiveness, friendliness and her hospitality. We will definitely book the place again when we visit.

The property was very clean and accommodated my wife and 16 year old daughter well. Kassandra was easy to work with, responsive and great to deal with. Pool area is really fun and more than we expected. I would recommend this Air BnB for excellent accommodations and a great host.

The place has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, with a great view during nightime. There plenty of games to do, and movies to watch.
