Staying in the tower was an amazing experience. You can feel the history of this place. The surrounding is very well maintained with beautiful and peaceful garden with typical Tuscan flora. You can find everything that is needed for your stay. Renato was friendly and helpful.

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Amazing accomodation! The views were extraordinary, perfect for drinking a wine while the sun went down. We also used the BBQ ( the biggest I have ever seen I think) to cook up some great local steaks. 10/10. Would definitely recommend!

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

We had the most amazing stay. Jacopo was so helpful in the weeks before our arrival and Stefano couldn't have done more for us while we were there. A beautiful property in a stunning location. We will definitely be coming back.

We have only been back a few hours after a week spent in this wooden accommodation and we already miss it. So much greenery, tranquility and simplicity. Super host, always available and present but never intrusive. Very prepared for advice on the place and above all a pleasant person to listen to. His dogs are very sweet and very polite, they collaborated a lot with our two pesky Pinschers. We did not miss anything, everything was perfect and certainly repeatable. We had a great stay in Sansepolcro, initially I was a little worried about parking as the listing says it comes with parking and then when Andrea shared where to park I worried this could be an issue. Although it's not parking at the property, it's outside the city walls it is also not so far to walk that it was a big issue and also was free. The rooms were as pictured including the fab views from the windows and roof terrace. As a location we found Sansepolcro to be a great start to our Italian tour with lots of fantastic places to eat & drink, sites to visit and friendly people. If you want to stay in the area and can manage the stairs it's a great place.

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars! Giovanna and her husband were very welcoming and super helpful, we felt right at home! The place is even better in real life than in the photos, very clean, equipped with everything you might need. The surrounding area is very quiet surrounded by greenery, easy access to several trails, perfect for those who love to be in the middle of nature. We'll definitely be back!

The accommodation and especially the garden looks even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures! The location is really fantastically beautiful, it is absolutely quiet and you have a breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The hostess was also super likeable, helpful and warm! We will definitely come back:-)

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Giorgia has really created a paradise there and we are very happy that she shares this beautiful place with guests. Unfortunately, we were only able to enjoy the cottage for 3 days and would definitely like to come back. The house is small but very well furnished, the mattresses are very comfortable and the shower has water with a lot of pressure - which is not always the case. The house is a bit off the beaten track, but thanks to Giorgia's really great videos, it's very easy to find. The garden (or rather small park) around the house is very well maintained and we were able to pick cherries and mulberries. Much has already been written about the pool - it is really THE highlight. An absolute recommendation - thank you Giorgia!

We absolutely loved our stay! The road to it is indeed a challenge, as correctly indicated in the listing. We do not have a 4x4, but a higher car, and took the longer route to the house. That took us a little extra time with each move, but we had that for it. The tranquility and the view are priceless. The cottage is sufficiently well equipped, we didn't miss anything. There was also great service included: in the middle of our stay, the house was cleaned for us and we got fresh sheets and towels. Also, the pool is cleaned and refilled 2 times a week. Manager Matteo was easily accessible for each question. As far as we are concerned, definitely repeatable!

This place was very nice and beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking and the views were great. Facilities were well kept and it was very peaceful. The animals were also cute. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever been to.

We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

We loved our stay here! It was so peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. The place was set up with everything we needed for a few days of just cooking and relaxing. Sally was lovely, incredibly helpful, and really great at communicating with us throughout the entire stay. Would highly highly recommend!
