A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

The apartment is beautiful and surprisingly spacious—much larger than it appears in the photos. The location couldn’t be better, with everything within easy reach. Arantxa is an exceptional host: super flexible, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.

We spent 4 nights in Valencia, the apartment is perfect for a 3 or 4 day stay. It has everything you need in a small but not uncomfortable space, it is very well decorated, everything is impeccable and has very good taste details. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom shower is very good, I would just say that you should put bigger towels, just to say something. Artem always responded immediately to our inquiries, even when we arrived very late at night, he was connected with us. We did not meet him personally, but he is a very kind, polite person and always willing to help us. Of course I recommend Artem's apartment 100%, I hope I can return one day.

We are really enjoying our stay at Raül’s place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything we need, yet away from the noisy tourist center. We highly recommend it!

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Rafa is an amazing host. The apartment is so centrally located to restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, shopping, grocery store, etc. The apartment is well appointment, extremely clean. We felt at home. Rafa is so responsive and informative. He was extremely helpful recommending restaurants, local attractions, etc. Rafa goes above and beyond for his guests. The most complementary thing I can say is that we stay again at his place, without hesitation. If you are looking for a place to stay in Russafa, this is the place!!

Iryna's accommodation is spectacular, it matches all the photos and the description. We were 12 people filling the maximum capacity of the accommodation and we were super comfortable. I'd like to highlight the qualities, the Spa and Jacuzzi. The Sauna area is a gem of accommodation. Intimate as it is inside and with lots of light. Also, I was able to postpone the check out two hours at the end. 10/10 accommodation.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
