Hillside studio in sea side suburb of Sumner

A comfortable studio unit in a quiet beach hill suburb of Sumner. Guests appreciate the low price & as described by a recent guest “One of the best Airbnb we have stayed in, great little private place in a great part of Christchurch.” One off-road park is available. Great walks within 15 minutes, uphill to open farmland & downhill to Sumner beach, cafe's & restaurants. The studio is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with no road noise and with very quiet neighbours. It's a very restful setting.

Country Thyme Cabin

Contemporary self contained modern cabin situated in a peaceful and private garden setting. It has 2 double glazed doors leading on to a deck with out door seating. Separate access way, with parking bay at side of cabin. Additional parking is available in adjoining paddock with gate through to alleyway. Cabin has starlink wifi with excellent wifi connection. The cabin is on a lifestyle block, with extensive gardens, orchard, herb garden, sheep, chickens, and hydroponic system.

Avonview Cottage

Avonview Cottage is a cosy place, warm in winter and cool in summer (with heatpump and HRV). There is a full kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop (4 burners) and an oven. The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a small vanity. There’s also a front loading washing machine for you to use. The Avon River is very close by and the area is very quiet. A New World supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of other shops and restaurants around.

Alpaca Serenity Farmhouse

Experience the perfect getaway at our 3-bedroom farmhouse! Just 50 minutes to Mt Hutt ski area and 20 minutes to Christchurch city at Rolleston. 8 minutes to Rolleston town center. Enjoy a luxury super king bed in the master bedroom, 2 trundle beds that can convert to 4 beds in the second bedroom. A queen bed in the third bedroom. Fully functional & equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a cosy lounge with Netflix. Your ultimate relaxation and adventure await!

Lovely and quiet self contained cottage set back from the road. Very close to the No 27 bus stop, which will take you into the city. The garden is sheltered and sunny. The car port provides safe, off-street parking. The cottage is well equipped and spacious. We pride ourselves on keeping it sparkling clean. There is good Wifi and an office area with desk, chair and lamp. We cannot accommodate pets.
