Comfortable, Contemporary City Space
Fresh décor and light filled spaces combine with a premium modern stylish decor and sun filled large picture window looking over the Lane to create a delightful inner city sanctuary. Your outlook takes in the changing cityscape; a rear position maximises peace and privacy, with a sunny balcony off the master bedroom. Located in prestigious Clocktower Lane it's an easy stroll to Hagley Park, Victoria Street cafe's and restaurants and the CBD. The Art Gallery, Museum, and the Arts Centre and the Margaret Mahy playground or Punting on the Avon River are but a short stroll away. Upstairs are two extremely comortable bedrooms with prestige linen on Queen beds. One bedroom has Lane and city views with the trees of Hagley Park to be seen a block away and the second with a balcony that welcomes the morning sun and looks towards the Port Hills in the distance. A wonderful, restful spot for a morning coffee. The bathroom combines vanity, toilet and an excellent shower. Downstairs there is a second toilet. There is a very comfortable double pull out sofa bed in the common living space downstairs. This is a comfortable sofa or if required can be converted easily to sleep two. The large garage is a bonus in this prime inner city location, providing secure off street parking. You will enjoy this space. It is contemporary, stylish and extremely comfortable. This truely is the best location in town. The entire apartment is available for your personal private use You have free access to the large independant garage. Please be aware that occasionally the cleaners may require access to the garage. It is very important to us that you enjoy your stay. We are readily available to assist you if required. The apartment is on a quiet lane, walking distance to central attractions: the Art Gallery, Museum, Hagley and Victoria parks, botanical gardens, and the town hall. The shopping precinct as well as premium restaurants, cafes, and bars are nearby. The choices are many and varied depending on your desire. Certainly walking is pleasant and convenient within the central city. Driving in Christchurch is easy and parking is readily available. There is a Nextbike metro share bicycle station over the road which are absolutely brilliant. The first 30 minutes is free. Or hire an electric bike dropped off to your door. Taxis are plentiful and the public bus from the airport to the city passes 1 minute away. Christchurch airport is a very easy 20 minute drive from the apartment The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. The apartment has Netflix for your viewing pleasure and of course fee wifi. The apartment is fitted with a smart lock. You will be issued with a private secure code and phone app access. You can also just use a key if you prefer. This wonderful apartment is up 12 steps from ground level to gain entry. There are delightful city scape near views and the Port Hills can be seen in one direction and leafy Hagley park in the other . The large double garage is on the ground floor.
