Great location right opposite the beach, but the icing on the cake was all the thoughtful touches and the attention to detail…..All those little things you need… she had thought of them all. We loved our stay, fantastic location and lovely clean home! Easy walking distance to the beach and hot pools. Whilst no allocated parking we didn’t struggle with finding a park nearby. Thank you, we’d love to stay again!

Perfect location within Akaroa. Was so busy with fantastic things to do such as hiking and boat tours and all the shops that I didn’t get a chance to respond to Adam making sure we got in ok. Everything was as described and easy to use. Laundry in the unit was great! Heating was perfect and the view of the bay was perfect for sunset and sunrise. If you’re not used to it you should know that the town shuts down really early so plan on your meals a little earlier than usual. Pay attention to his instructions as they were perfect as far as checking in and leaving.

Instructions made the place easy to find and Michele met us on arrival. We were very pleased with the setup and cleanliness of the space. The beds were super comfy and that shower was 10/10!! The walk between Cass and Corsair Bays was beautiful and easy to access too!

We loved our 4 nights here. We loved the fireplaces, baths, river, trees and birds. I loved the locally made wine available to purchase, the Rose was really good. The house is totally private, we didn't have to see or hear anyone else. Our dog loved running around the fully fenced back garden, paddling in the river, and barking at the birds. The road is fairly quiet, and there are beautiful walks along the river and golf course to the dog friendly cafes and pub/restaurant. Julia was full of helpful information and very friendly.

I had a long stay here and thoroughly recommend both the accommodation and the hosts. Colleen and Shelley are lovely hosts, very easy to communicate with and respond very quickly to any questions. They made the stay a pleasure. The place is seconds away from the beach and the estuary, with lovely walks to enjoy. It is a tranquil place to come and relax.

Amazing place, clean, spacious and warm for those winter nights. Close to the Hot Pools, right across from the beach and short walk to shops. Hosts were great, deffinetly recommend to anyone looking to stay in christchurch

Michel and Jackie's house is beside the sea.The view outside the house is extremely amazing. Michel and Jackie are very warm and friendly. They almost provided everything we needed. The entire house is very clean and tidy, and it's also very convenient to park outside. This is truly the house of our dreams. If we pass by Christchurch next time, we will be back here!

We recently stayed at this cosy Airbnb in Lyttleton for a family trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and welcoming the house was. It instantly felt like a home away from home. The space was perfect for our whānau, especially with our toddler in tow. The hosts had thoughtfully provided everything we needed, from a high chair to toys, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the effort they put into making the space family-friendly. The location was also fantastic. We loved being close to local attractions, and there were plenty of parks nearby for our little one to play in. After a day of exploring, it was a joy to return to such a comfortable and relaxing environment. Overall, this home was a wonderful choice for our family trip. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place to stay in Lyttelton
