I had a very comfortable stay. Excellent combo of sauna and pool.

I used it during the GW period. The room was clean and perfect for the amenities. Also, there were facilities within walking distance to the sea, and it was in a good location for a morning walk. There was also a fire starter for the BBQ, so I was impressed by such considerations. Thank you so much.

We stayed with three generations and dogs!While leaving a nostalgic atmosphere like a visit to my grandmother's house in the countryside, the area around the water area that I was concerned about was beautifully renovated, and I had a very comfortable stay.Especially the design of the kitchen was my personal taste and it was lovely.The BBQ area is covered and very open.It was great to spend time watching the starry sky with the sound of waves and delicious charcoal grill and sake with my family. Above all, the host, Nakamura, felt very good, and responded quickly and politely from beginning to end.I'd love to stay again.

I stayed in this appartement for a week. Shinya’s instructions are very clear concerning the location of the appartement and the standard of it. Sure you can hear trains passing by quite oftenly but i got used to it very quickly and didn’t had any trouble to sleep through the night. I highly recommand this apartment if you want to see more of the Chiba area. However if you’re planning to go to Tokyo everyday, know that the trip takes at least one hour and 1000 yen to go to the center of the city, depending on where you want to go. I rent the apartment at the beginning of the high season and the price was without a doubt defeating all concurrences. Shinya was nice to me and answered to all my questions very clearly.

My family and I needed a place to stay to attend an event in Makuhari Messe. This was the top of the list which prompted me to check every single detail, view every picture, etc. I can tell you that everything is as advertised and more. The host is gracious, responsive and proactive in communication. It was a great experience all-in. We felt well taken cared of... we felt at home! Thank you!

Mr. Ozaki’s home located in Chiba had a very welcoming and peaceful environment. The room I stayed in was exactly as shown in the pictures posted. Mr. Ozaki himself was very nice, helpful, and accommodating.
