Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Chōsei District

素晴らしいお宿でした。圧巻の広さで足湯、サウナ、BBQ、カラオケ、ダーツ、ゴルフ等アクティビティが沢山あり、子どもたちも大喜びでした。近くで上がっていた花火大会の花火も偶然に見れました。 また隅々まで掃除が行き届いており清潔な空間もGood。 親戚一同の集まりで、これまでは旅館に泊まっていましたが、エアビーは気兼ねなく皆でワイワイできて、新しい楽しみ方を見つけた感じです。3世代全員が大満足なお宿で、次はもっと早くきて、お宿をゆっくり楽しみたいね、と話をしていました。 ホストの皆さん、お掃除をしていただいた皆さん、ありがとございました。

とっても快適に過ごせました。 サウナとプール最高の組み合わせです。

GW期間に利用させていただきました。 お部屋も清潔で、アメニティの充実さにも申し分ありませんでした。 また、海まで歩いていける距離に施設があり、朝の散歩に程よい立地でした。 BBQをする際の着火剤なども用意されており、そのような配慮にも感動しました。 この度は、ありがとうございました。

三世代＆犬で利用させていただきました！田舎のお婆ちゃん家に訪れたような懐かしい雰囲気を残しつつ、気になる水回りは綺麗にリノベーションされていて、とても快適に過ごすことができました。特にキッチンのデザインは個人的に好みのセンスで、素敵でした。BBQエリアは屋根付きで、とても開放感があります。波の音をBGMに家族とともに美味しい炭火焼とお酒に舌鼓をうち、星空を眺めながら過ごす時間は最高でした。 そして何よりホストの中村様が大変感じがよく、最初から最後まで迅速かつ丁寧にご対応いただきました。またぜひお邪魔したいと思います。

Awesome location, steps from the best surfing beaches in Ichinomiya!

小学生、中学生を含めた6人でお邪魔しました。水回りは綺麗で使いやすく滞在しやすかったです。古民家で縁側や畳など普段の生活ではない環境に喜んでいました。設備も十分揃っていました。またお邪魔します！

I stayed in this appartement for a week. Shinya’s instructions are very clear concerning the location of the appartement and the standard of it. Sure you can hear trains passing by quite oftenly but i got used to it very quickly and didn’t had any trouble to sleep through the night. I highly recommand this apartment if you want to see more of the Chiba area. However if you’re planning to go to Tokyo everyday, know that the trip takes at least one hour and 1000 yen to go to the center of the city, depending on where you want to go. I rent the apartment at the beginning of the high season and the price was without a doubt defeating all concurrences. Shinya was nice to me and answered to all my questions very clearly.

My family and I needed a place to stay to attend an event in Makuhari Messe. This was the top of the list which prompted me to check every single detail, view every picture, etc. I can tell you that everything is as advertised and more. The host is gracious, responsive and proactive in communication. It was a great experience all-in. We felt well taken cared of... we felt at home! Thank you!

オフ会の前泊会場として利用させていただきました。 シャンプーが切れてました。 モニターにHDMI差込口がなく、みんなでゲームなどしようと持ち込んでいたのでそこが非常に残念でした。 予算があれば、壁が広いのでプロジェクターなども需要がありそうです。 それ以外はとても過ごしやすく清潔で、参加者全員満足してました。 ロケーションもよく非常に楽しめました。 メッセージ、いつも迅速にご対応いただきありがとうございました。 ありがとうございました。

チェックインについては丁寧かつ本来よりも早い時間でご案内いただきました。 また、部屋の中はとても綺麗で家具、家電、食器類が充実しており気持ち良く過ごすことができました。

This place located near Hon Chiba Station and the best way to get here is easier through this station rather than Chibadera Station. Hon Chiba Station route has flat roads, while Chibadera Station route is full with ups and downs. The facilities are so clean and has everything we need. It's neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, the road in front of apartment is wide but taxi oftenly mistaken and always arrived in the other side of the road. 7-elevens, and vending machines are easy to find near the house. We would love to come back here next time.

Mr. Ozaki’s home located in Chiba had a very welcoming and peaceful environment. The room I stayed in was exactly as shown in the pictures posted. Mr. Ozaki himself was very nice, helpful, and accommodating.

半露天風呂がすごく気持ちよかったです！ ドライヤーやアメニティーも揃っていて過ごしやすかったです。 コンビニも車ですぐの場所にあり、快適に過ごすことができました！
