This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

We loved our stay at Gigi's getaway the communication was outstanding the cleanliness was amazing. We were here for a week for world series and wanted a home feeling. This was the perfect place and the location was close to everything .The hot tub was great ending to the evenings very clean. We debated on a condo or home and so glad we chose this home. Thank you Zach and Paola we would definitely book again, so if your looking I promise you want be disappointed !!

This was our first family vacation that all of our children were able to go on in a past few years. The house and location were wonderful. I was hesitant cause we normally stay in a different area while in Destin. But this house was perfect for all of us. Close to anything and everything you could want. But yet the peacefulness that we all wanted. The pool and fenced in back yard were perfect for all of us and our 2 small dogs. Definitely was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vacation for all of us.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

Kristen was a very responsive host! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. She threw in a lot of extras- beach toys, golf cart, etc. The house was full of amenities. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed grilling on the patio. The house is 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor so this house is best for people that can handle going up and down a lot of stairs. The community is clean and super quiet. We had a great vacation!

Jerry's listing was exactly as described and was perfect for our group of six! It was plenty spacious for our group, and I could see plenty more ppl fitting easily. The pool was definitely the highlight and was a perfect space to hang out. It was very clean, and the lights in and around the pool for the evenings were great. We especially appreciated how comfortable the bedrooms were and how clean the three bathrooms were. Being able to park a car in the garage was also super appreciated as we rented a larger SUV for our trip. If you are thinking of booking this place do not hesitate! We had a great time. Kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach is awesome. Wendy was very friendly and responsive. The house is completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved that we could bring our fur-babies!

I couldn't be happier with the stay! Deborah was an amazing host. The place was incredible! There was so much to do in the area, it was close to so many things. 5-7 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute drive tops to the closest grocery store and 10-15 minutes to literally everything else! Highly recommend is an understatement.

Vicky was very responsive and helpful with any information I needed. He provided recommendations and directions prior to my arrival. Very accommodating and the space was large and fit my family of 4 perfectly!

This place was perfect for our family vacation with our extended family. Admittedly, I was weary when I saw that there was a short walk to the beach because we love beach front, but the walk was just that - very short and a complete non-issue. The backyard is gorgeous and set up wonderfully for both daytime and nighttime. All in all an absolutely wonderful trip.

We had a great girls getaway! The house was exactly as described and in the perfect location. Would definitely stay here again. Jackie and Rob were very responsive to questions and were very accommodating! Loved our stay!

This home was everything and more! The outdoor oasis was amazing. Plenty of seating, everything you need for the beach. Plenty of floats and things for our grandsons to enjoy in the pool. The home is beautiful, has everything imaginable you will need. We cannot wait to book for 2026. The location and everything was perfect so quiet on a corner lit. We stayed for a week in June, very nice location, close to everything, shops, restaurants and grocery store. Beach was only a couple of minutes walk, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a wagon to carry everything was very handy, we only used the wagon one day just because we didn’t need to take so many things to the beach. House was perfect, clean and great amenities. Host was super helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

Amazing house in a great location, we had a blast! We spent our stay in awe of the home and its accommodations. The hosts were very communicative and flexible, which was greatly appreciated by our party. Prospective renters should be mindful that the home is in a residential neighborhood, and should be careful not to break local noise ordinances and disturb the lovely neighbors.

Loved our stay at Stephanie’s place. We’ve been to Destin many times, but never knew about the Village of Baytowne. Such a fun and convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in Niceville right on the bay. Melissa's Place was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay watching the boats come in.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful and well-equipped home. The convenience of a personal boating dock right off the back porch made it easy to enjoy the water—whether for fishing, relaxing, or supervising the kids as they played nearby. It was also a huge plus to be able to take our own boat directly to restaurants on the water! The location was ideal, with a super short drive to local restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The neighbors were incredibly friendly and shared lots of helpful tips and local insights that made our stay even better. The house itself had everything we needed, with plenty of space for our large family. On top of it all, the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Excellent location near the beach, golf course, & restaurants while still feeling secluded and peaceful. The home is located in a safe neighborhood with year round residents. The home was beautiful, clean, and had more amenities than anticipated. The kitchen was fully stocked…even had lots of spices. The a/c worked great and the beds and couches were super comfy. Hosts responded immediately to any and every inquiry. I highly recommend if you are in Santa Rosa Beach. We will book again if we return to the area.

Great place and we really enjoyed the dock

If you are reading my review, just book the cottage before someone else gets it! We've been staying at Airbnb properties for years now, and this was easily our favorite. The location is fantastic, it is so comfortable and clean and just perfect in every way.

Doug's place is one if the only listings we've seen that has a perfect 5 star rating with multiple reviews, and now we know why. Our stay was perfect. The house was clean and spacious and was in a great location close to everything, while having privacy from big crowds. The dock was great and fun to fish and enjoy the view. Doug was probably the most accommodating host we've ever met and treated us like family. He set us up for fishing with bait and equipment, gave us recommendations, and was in constant contact with us making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a great trip and stay. Doug was the best host we've ever had anywhere. Will definitely return.
