The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. Nuestro apartamento está situado en pleno centro de Ruzafa en un 2º piso. Este es un barrio con gran oferta de bares y restaurantes así como tiendas artesanas, y talleres de artistas. A tan sólo 15 minutos de la plaza del Ayuntamiento. A 10 minutos del metro y a menos de 5 minutos de gran cantidad de autobuses. No aceptamos familias con niños de menos de 10 años, no es una casa preparada para este tipo de publico.
