Monthly Rentals in Chiltern Hills

This location is very convenient for exploring the Chilterns. it is just A 5 minute walk from the railway station, and a 10 minute walk to the main shopping street. There are several good restaurants in town, and several small supermarkets all in the same area, and walkable. The house has a nice private garden out the back, and two of the three bedrooms overlook it. The house was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent an enjoyable 3 weeks in this very old cottage which has been tastefully and sympathetically restored keeping its original low beams and features. Sydenham is a charming Oxfordshire village very close to the Chilterns. It’s an ideal place to explore from. There are lovely walks and views. It’s an easy drive to the market town of Thame and other thatched villages, many of which appear in Midsomer Murders. The Crown opposite provides pub meals and has a lovely garden.

Very sweet peaceful getaway - perfect for our needs. Rosemary and Philip were very attentive and full of good advice. The studio was full of character, very comfortable living space and the kitchen was great for cooking.

Cannot recommend ‘The Nook’ highly enough, Beautiful surroundings, very private, The Nook is perfect for getting away from life’s daily stresses, Tamra was very responsive and an amazing host, There are lots to do in neighbouring villages and the walk around the chiltern hills was incredible, Will definitely stay again!
