The high quality holiday apartment "Hochgern" offers you with it´s 70 sqm adequate space for four persons. It comes with comprehensive modern facilities and a spacious kitchen. The southward living area leads on a generous balcony, which allows you a terrific view on the Chiemgauer Alps. You are welcome to enjoy a rich breakfast or different self-made specialities Friday to Sunday in our café "Gut Fasanenhöhe", which is located directly below the apartments (not included in the price).

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Our house is over 400 years old and was ecologically renovated and modernized in 2013-2015. The typical architecture of the old farmhouses has been preserved: e.g. the Traunstein vault in some rooms on the ground floor, small windows, passages with round arches. A pellet heater with solar panels provides hot water and warm rooms on cool days.
