Shops for everyday needs (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) are within a 10-minute walk, and Lake Chiemsee is about a 15-minute walk away. The ground-floor vacation rental for 2 to 4 people seeking relaxation (double bed, sofa bed, additional travel cot for children available upon request) is accessed via two steps. In addition to a dining area, it offers a dining area in the kitchen.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Beautiful 85 sqm apartment on the second floor of a family house. Two bedrooms, kitchenette in the hallway and living/dining room with lake view. After all the children were out of the house, we decided with Dad to make the upper floor of the parents' house available for guests. Season 21 is our first and we hope to have nice guest encounters. Couples, small families & non-smokers will hopefully feel as comfortable in the large apartment with mountain and lake views as we do when visiting home.

Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. You are welcome to enjoy a rich breakfast or different self-made specialities Friday to Sunday in our café "Gut Fasanenhöhe", which is located directly below the apartments (not included in the price).

In summer, the mountains beckon for hiking, and the lakes (Chiemsee, Seeoner See, Grießsee, Obinger See, Waginger See, etc.) invite you to swim. Great tours can be done by bike/mountain bike. On the beautiful terrace, we provide a table and chairs for 4 people, as well as a sun lounger and an umbrella. Guests must bring their own bath towels.
