The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Beautiful 85 sqm apartment on the second floor of a family house. Two bedrooms, kitchenette in the hallway and living/dining room with lake view. After all the children were out of the house, we decided with Dad to make the upper floor of the parents' house available for guests. Season 21 is our first and we hope to have nice guest encounters. Couples, small families & non-smokers will hopefully feel as comfortable in the large apartment with mountain and lake views as we do when visiting home.

It comes with comprehensive modern facilities and a spacious kitchen. The southward living area leads on a generous balcony, which allows you a terrific view on the Alps. You are welcome to enjoy a rich breakfast or different self-made specialities from Friday to Sunday in our café "Gut Fasanenhöhe" (not included).

In nur 700 Metern erreichen Sie zu Fuß oder mit dem Radl das wunderbare Chiemseeufer und haben von hier aus einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bergkette. Zur Ferienwohnung gehören eine 20qm große Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne sowie ein direkter Zugang in den ruhigen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Hier können Sie gerne im Freien bei aufgehender Sonne Ihr Frühstück genießen.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

The newly renovated apartment "Thea" (60 m²) is located on a quiet side street in Chieming am Chiemsee. Various shops, cafés and of course Lake Chiemsee are within walking distance. The living room has a cozy couch that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.55 m x 2.05 m). From there you can reach the semi-shaded terrace. There is also a dining area in the fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and a wardrobe.
