Lake Chiemsee is 10 km away. The region offers numerous leisure activities. In winter, ski/snowboard in the Alps and in summer, go swimming in the mountain lakes. In addition, there are numerous hiking trails in Chiemgau and BGL. The city of Traunstein has many delicious restaurants and breweries.

Fully supplied kitchen, wifi, washing machine, dish washer, cozy patio furniture, TV including Netflix. The couch can be used as an extra sleeping space.

It takes 30 minutes to get to Salzburg. Both are easily accessible by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from our house. Chiemsee, Wagingersee - 10 minutes by car :-)

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

Spacious family apartment - to feel good

The former residential building has been freshly renovated and furnished in vintage style. It is located on the road to Chieming, it is quiet at night, during the day you can hear road traffic. A cycle path leads directly to the lake after 2 km.
