Lake Chiemsee can be reached in 5 minutes by car and the mountains are 15 minutes away. Great bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walks directly from the front door. Beautiful 85 sqm apartment on the second floor of a family house. Two bedrooms, kitchenette in the hallway and living/dining room with lake view. After all the children were out of the house, we decided with Dad to make the upper floor of the parents' house available for guests. Season 21 is our first and we hope to have nice guest encounters. Couples, small families & non-smokers will hopefully feel as comfortable in the large apartment with mountain and lake views as we do when visiting home.

The newly renovated apartment "Thea" (60m²) is located in a quiet side street in Chieming am Chiemsee. Various shops, cafes and of course Lake Chiemsee are within walking distance. The living room has a cozy couch that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.55 m x 2.05 m). From there you can access the semi-shaded terrace. There is also a dining area in the fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and a closet.
