My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code.

Sunny, quiet 1-bedrm near frontier park

Luana met us promptly upon our arrival. She was extremely kind and informative as she showed us around the apartment, even providing a special local bottle of wine with her home on the label for the extra special touch. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and decorated nicely. This is a great unit with a wonderful host. Thanks, Luana!

Excellent place. Just be aware of goodly number of stairs as is a 3 story townhouse. Every room was well appointed Discovered an issue with diwnspout which he is going to work on. Quick to respond when we found the issue Overall great. But must . be ok with stairs. Hopefully he can resolve downspout problem

Nice older home in a very quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood does look a little rough but I never heard a peep or saw anything bad at all. Perfect for me as I was looking for long term temp housing while home shopping in the region.

My daughter’s wedding was in Cheyenne so we were looking for a place that would have a close, central location to everything. The house was perfect. It was clean inside. The owners were so responsive, kind, and so helpful. Our flight even got delayed and they were accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was a wonderful time that we had in Cheyenne!
