Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code.

Great place to stay in Cheyenne. Mark did a good job communicating all of the information needed for the stay and the space is clean with a very comfortable mattress. Great proximity to the interstate as well, which is nice if you’re just passing through.

I had a great stay at Kaitamaria's place. The space is basically a basement studio apartment, with the kitchenette and access to the upstairs shared spaces. It worked out well for the couple nights I stayed there and I would definitely stay there again if I return to Cheyenne. Must like cats!

I had a nice stay, the person who take care of the house is nice and friendly, I just personally didn’t know people would be staying in the house. I stayed for almost 2 weeks comfortable. Kenneth for me was just hard to get ahold of when I did message him.
