Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

My daughter and I had a fabulous time in Paris and Claudine’s space added to the enjoyment. It was very secure and very clean. Claudine was very responsive. She was also very helpful and sympathetic as we navigated a taxi strike making travel to the airport for our return flight almost impossible. With some luck we did make it.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

A nice, quiet apartment walking distance to attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and Arch Di Triomphe. Easily accessible by metro too. Apartment was clean and tidy, perfect for one or two guests.

Great stay! The apartment was easy to find, easy to get into, super clean, and perfect distance to the metro to take us wherever we wanted in Paris. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

Lovely apartment with delicious restaurant and bakery below. Walking distance to other great restaurants, bars and shopping. Close the US Embassy. Easy access for Uber pickups. Walking distance to Lafayette Galleries mall shopping, Vendome Louie Vuitton store, Ritz Carlton and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Thanks to Iteb for hosting us. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and ultra-connected. The pool and spa location is simply awesome, with a screen and projector to watch a movie with your feet in the water. And all 100% private. Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

The location was very quiet, very close to the U-BAHN. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Everything was perfect, impeccable cleanliness, very nice accommodation, I really enjoyed the bedding and especially the sheets. We were able to get into the accommodation as soon as we arrived in Versailles, thanks to the responsive hosts. Recommended.

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him, who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was in order. We were completely satisfied.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.
