Holiday rentals with a patio in Chessy

We had a great time at Hassina's place. She is very kind and the place is filled with little touches to make you feel at home. We highly recommend this place for two with a baby. Public transport is a 15-minute walk away in a very nice and secure neighborhood.

Our 7 night stay had us feeling right at home. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet, but step out onto the street and you are right in the heart of Le Marais - close to metro stations, brasseries, Franprix, boulangerie, pharmacy’s etc. We fell in love with Paris and our sanctuary was the apartment at the end of the day. The apartment has everything you need…beautiful artwork and lighting, big comfy bed (king size) and a lovely bathroom with large shower.

What a great place to stay and explore a very nice part (arr. 10/19) of Price. It was truly a discovery! The house is comfortable and cozy. Romain and Caroline were very responsive and we were helped immediately. The garden is a very nice surplus and the beds and rooms are comfortable. We were 6 friends and the two bathrooms are super convenient. Highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay!

Hadi is a very nice person, always willing to help. He replies quickly to messages and answers all the doubts. The apartment is quite nice, very quiet and near two train stations (one is closer than the other). There is a market in the station of RER E on Wednesdays and Saturdays, where it is possible to buy fresh fruits and vegetables (there is also meat, fish and prepared food on Saturdays). Getting to Paris and Eurodisney is easy from the appartment. There are a couple of shops near the appartment turning right from the main entrance. The centre of Rosny is not far and there are supermarkets and shops there. There are also nice gardens near the appartment. I think that the metro is under construction in the area, which will be very convenient in the near future.

A pretty little apartment with good metro connections. Unfortunately, it borders areas that you shouldn't visit alone at night, which aren't really pretty either. But we had no problems with it. The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very attentive and friendly. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray with a flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and Champomy (for children) in the apartment. That was very sweet. Directly in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. Everyone who has ever been to Paris by car and looked for a parking space there will appreciate the apartment's own parking space in a closed parking garage. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

We were looking for an immersive experience in a Parisian neighborhood to relax. The 20th arrondisement was suggested by a friend and this apartment stood out amongst many available. The Gambetta neighborhood where we were located is ergonomically endowed with supermarche, and excellent boulangerie, boucherie, poissoniere and fromage shops close by. Ezekiel has a talent for designing a comfortable, whimsical, and esthetically pleasing interior. Clean lines in the kitchen, and custom lighting and plumbing fixtures throughout. The book in the open concept living room /kitchen on Small Houses ties in the concept of maximizing space that Ezekiel has achieved here. We were so at home here that our usual habit of lingering all morning before setting out on exploring was the norm during the entire week of our stay. I enjoyed cooking at the apartment. We loved our stay in Pamela's place. The location is amazing, right along the Canal St. Martin, a great place to hang out and close to several convenient metro stops (within close walking distance of République). We enjoyed Pamela's instructional videos and local recommendations, and she was super communicative and friendly. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, decorated with lots of cute touches, and had good amenities and everything we needed (and even things we didn't realize we would need, like slippers and umbrellas!). The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been a bigger TV for couch lounging, but this didn't detract from the experience. This was a great place to stay for a week or longer, and I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to spend an night near Parc Asterix and Paris! Very cozy and clean, as is the same on the listing. On the very practical side, check-in is self-contained, without time constraints with all the complete explanations. Very good communication with Siham. Advise without hesitation!

Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

Lovely stay with family for a brief Disney trip! Within 40 mins uber from airport and 10 mins from the park. Perfect location and cheaper than staying in the hotels. Sabine was great and had lots of wonderful suggestions! Would love to come back

Great stay chez Amane. Very well equipped and comfortable for our family of 4. Even some games and a garden with swing for the kids. Amane was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 recommended.

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Wonderful! The apartment is as described and very comfortable (single mum, 2 kids 10&6). The apartment has everything you need. I ordered groceries via Uber eats as it was easier than dragging the kids out to the shops and that was very easy. Getting to Disney was 12 euros in a taxi, again you can do the bus but I wanted to save our legs for Disney! We went into Paris, again this was easy we took an uber to the Disney station (12 euro) and then the RER train. The instructions were really clear for check in and out and Lara was only a what’s app message away if I needed to ask anything. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay with my family, very conveniently located, walking distance to a nearby shopping mall, designer outlet, many restaurants, markets and best of all Disneyland Paris. It was so easy to get to, easier than driving and trying to find parking. We’ll definitely stay again on our next visit.

The apartment is distributed on two floors, is quietly located in a well-kept secluded residential complex. Beautiful terrace with garden, shade-giving trees. Everything you need to cook for yourself. Easy and fast by metro in the center. Shopping within walking distance. Super service from Yasmina with team: prompt response and very helpful and supportive. Value for money very fine. All in all, highly recommended!
