Toutes les pièces bénéficient d' une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer Vous pourrez profiter de la pièce à vivre ( cuisine entièrement équipée, séjour, salon ) et de la salle de bains (douche à l'italienne) au rez- de- chaussée. A l' étage se trouvent un salon, deux chambres et une pièce d'eau (wc et lavabo ). Lit Bébé et chaise haute sur demande. Un petit jardin attenant vous permettra, de manger dehors. L' accès est direct sur la grève .

Profitez d'une magnifique vue sur la grève ainsi qu'un grand jardin clos accompagné d'une terrasse couverte exposée Sud et de son BBQ.

You can also enjoy a small outdoor area with garden furniture, barbecue and Nordic bath. You will be ideally located 5 km from Mont-Saint-Michel and 30 minutes from Saint-Malo.

Discover our charming 70 m² apartment, ideally located on the port of Cancale, just 40 meters from the beach. Nestled in a quiet pedestrian alley on the Port de la Houle, and parallel to the main quay, you can enjoy both the calm and the immediate proximity to the sea. You will be steps away from restaurants, shops, oyster market as well as coastal paths (GR34).
